Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Pleasant experience. I highly recommend making an appointment online so minimize your wait time. Store is clean and bright. They have a good selection of demo devices and also offer game nights and one on one training.

The Microsoft store here at Natick mall fits well with the space. It is right beside Apple store. There is a gaming station for kids and I find it really thoughtful.

I had an appointment @ 1000 today at the Natick Microsoft Store. The problem.... my Surface Book seemed possessed, when I press the b key it would not respond, when I press the Y key, the letter b would be typed out repeatedly, when I press the P key the b would type out repeatedly.So when I walked in Microsoft store I was greeted by Cloud Tech Expert Nicholas Martino. Right after the greeting he went to work on resolving the above problems.Problem solved, my computer had failed to load all critical updates that affected the functionality of the keyboard on my surface.I greatly appreciate the Microsoft teams outstanding service/support as a whole and Nicholas Martino specifically. If you have a problem with your computer I would highly recommend seeing Nicholas Martino @ Natick Microsoft store.

Super, a lot of cool products, they really took care of all the questions of my little boy asked, even though they know that we werent there to get something. Also discover that on Saturday they have STEM courses and next door is the Apple store so if you have techies at home they wont be dissapointed.

Wasnt bugged by salespeople, got to play around with Surface PCs and a 20-minute Forza Horizon 4 demo on a gaming laptop. If one of the professional gaming rigs wasnt hogged by 10 year olds literally the entire 8 hours the mall was open, I would have enjoyed trying that out as well.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They didnt hover. The environment is clean and well-lit. The only issue is the online inventory isnt accurate. Some items that show available in store are not in stock. I doubt this is an issue for the Surface line but its true of other computers. Its probably best to call ahead.

Store is nice and well laid out, but I was disappointed in the service. I was likely to spend $2K on a computer and Oculus Rift but they wouldnt let me try it because they were too busy. Meanwhile half a dozen staff stood around and talked with each other.

While there was a great selection of products on the show floor that were available for testing, the staff was a bit lacking in terms of service.The majority of the staff stood around and avoided eye contact with customers while only a few actually helped answer questions when they came their way.

Ok experience. These people fall somewhere in the middle of Microsoft Stores nationwide in terms of the experience. For an exchange on a new Surface Book 2 that wasnt working right, they first acted like doing an exchange for me would take an act of Congress, the manager saying, even if I wanted to do it I couldnt because we dont have them in stock. Before I left I told them how disappointed I was that they could only offer me a refurbished unit for my one-day old Surface Book because I didnt buy it from Microsoft (I bought it from Amazon Services as a business customer and they are a Microsoft Partner). I told them I did buy it from Microsoft and regardless of what company I gave my money to ($3,300) I DID buy it from Microsoft.After I packed up, the manager started telling me about options I had - all complicated double talk that ended with, ...or if you dont care about the extra discount, we can just do an even exchange. This was the same manager that 10 minutes prior said they didnt have it in stock and couldnt do it if she wanted to. I was utterly confused and said oooooookay, how would that work? The last option. You would just give us the one you brought in and we would give you a brand new one. Still confused, I said, OK, Ill do that IF you have it in stock?. She said, sure. Went back and got a new one and rang up the exchange.If youre confused, then you understand what I described - it was like two totally different experiences back to back with the same people at almost the same time. Sort of Twilight Zone-ish, but after the big show they put on, I did get what I went in there for even though I didnt insist on it. Normally I would, but I didnt feel like an argument at the time.It still doesnt make sense to me, but mission accomplished. What this basically means is no matter what they TELL you, they have the freedom at the store level to make anything happen that you want if its within reason. If they insist that they cant, just hand them your phone and let them read this review.

Not a very friendly environment except for the video game corner. The assistant manager Will is very rude and lacks professionalism. I love Microsoft product but I will not be buying anything from the store in the Natick mall.

Nice selection of XBox games, the free consoles in the mall are a great time sink for the kids. Fairly helpful group of people when having questions about Microsoft products.

Had a problem with my Kinect not working after buying the adapter for the XBox One S. Took it in with the adapter, didnt have an appointment. Very quickly found multiple multiple reps willing to help. Now have a working Kinect again. Great customer service!

Worst service ever received by assistant managerI bought a computer for my daughter the screen cracked after less than a month. I was not offered to purchase protection plan the store said it will cost maximum $400 to fix the computer . The store sent the computer to be fixed by a third party the estimated fee to fix the computer was over $1100. The store did not help me get it fixed through IBM . The cost of a new computer is almost the same as the fixing price. Customer service of the store was the worst dont recommend you to buy a computer in this store if something will happen to the computer you wont have useful help basically youd rather buy a new computer.
