This place is a treasure trove of cool fashion! Wish they were open later so I could shop there more often. Once inside, it feels like you could be tucked into a little nook of Harvard Square. Great prices, too. I love that they have everything organized by color instead of size or type of clothing — like most people, I always buy the same/similar colors.

This place is a def hidden gem and treasure trove of grown girl goodies! They have amazing fairly priced designer handbags from Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Chanel and more! And if you are like me your weary about buying a second hand bag but rest assured if you are buying one here it is in PERFECT condition! Next to new I guess would be the best way to describe any bag I’ve ever looked at here! They also have a wide variety of clothing brands I love like LuLu Lemon, Athleta & Vineyard Vines but if your looking for a special occasion you may see a Dolce Skirt or a Burberry dress whatever brand think you can’t really afford but want you will probably find it here! Oh, and you can consign with them and it is by far the most organized & easy process I’ve ever encountered! You will be assigned a number where you’ll be able to log on to their site & check your items ie; sold,how much etc etc. it’s a great place to make some extra $$ then spend it guilt free! And the staff is always more than willing to help you find sone thing or offer an opinion if you’d like...I was there yesterday to both consign and shop & I can’t say enough about Eva,...she happily helped me Find what I was looking for as well as offering her opinion when asked. I felt like I was the only person in the store! Real VIP treatment! So, bottom line...You don’t have to go to Nordstrom or the Natick collection to get amazing brands and equally amazing service! Check them out on line for a peek at some of the girl goodies!

The staff are lovely and make you feel right at home. They are helpful when making good decisions about purchases. Consigning hair is easy and you get good value for your consigned items. Then you can buy new stuff! Hands down my favorite store! I will never go to the mall again! ❤️

Fun to shop at but I consigned about 20 items and never heard from them. They seemed pretty selective about what they took so I was a little surprised that none of them sold.....11/1 I need to update my above post post, a couple weeks after posting the above (and about a year after donating) they sent me a check for the items they sold and a few weeks later they sent me a donation slip. Perhaps thats the turn around time, Im glad they followed through!

Ive been shopping and consigning with the owners, Bonnie and Mary for many years now. I will tell you in all honesty, they are the nicest and most professional people to deal with- very accommodating and always make you feel like a friend. The downtown Natick location is gorgeous. It is 2 floors of outerwear, luxury accessories, footwear, and top notch everyday clothing items. I always find something I like and they truly have one-of-a-kind items for the buyers who love finding treasures amongst pre-owned inventory.

Store Presentation is not impressive. Clothes are too tight and messy.. I saw a Tahari winter jacket brand new hang almost on the floor right after you enter the store and the associate was sweeping the floor right on it... did not want to buy dirty dusty item... Not sure if you check the consigning items thoroughly ..lots of them have holes and need to be fresher !!! Requirements are: Items should be cleaned and in perfect condition.. !
