There are not a lot of futon stores in New England. We have been futon people for decades and after moving from Hawaii could not find a decent place to get a high quality (vs. Dorm type) futon locally. So glad to find NEMF! Very high quality and fair prices, great service. Love the new futon! ❤

I got a futon second-hand from family that was purchased at this store over 10 years ago. During the move, I had managed to lose all the hardware to reassemble. I called Joe and he went absolutely above and beyond to help! Within a few days, we not only identified the exact model, but he managed to get an entirely new set of hardware and assembly instructions. Re-assembly was quick and easy.The best part: my 10+ year old futon, even with the original mattress, is SO comfortable.Superb quality and absolutely outstanding customer service from Joe and New England Mattress and Futon.

I was missing a few screws on a futon and called New England Mattress & Futon and Joe was super helpful. he took the time out to speak with me and explain what screws i may need. In the end he described exactly what i needed and even told me that he would look for any spares that he may have laying around. He ended up finding some and I was able to pick it up from him. Kudos to Joe for the exceptional knowledge and customer service even though I did NOT purchase the futon from him. I would recommend anyone to this business based on Joes great service.

Do not buy your mattresses here. You can find better price and better quality at other furniture stores. The mattresses here do not last long. I bought 2 of them less than 2 years ago and I need to replace them already. Springs and the cover materials are really low quality.

I just got a great futon here. The salesman was very down to earth and not pushy. He would have sold me the cheaper matress without hesitation. He just let me try them and pick the one I liked better.
