I just stopped in to Build A Bear this afternoon and was extremely surprised at how helpful one of the workers were. Her name was Shannon and she was very helpful and pleasant and mu son left the store equally as happy. One of the best experiences I have had at this store and I have gone there many many times before. Most of the time it was fine but Shannon just added that extra touch.

I seriously doubt that I was at this Build-A-Bear workshop. I havent been in a Build-A-Bear workshop in years as my kids have long since aged out of the teddy bear phase. Maybe I was at some nearby store? I wish I could see which stores are on either side of this Build-A-Bear workshop. Perhaps I would be able to solve the mystery if I knew what stores were nearby. But Im quite certain that I was not at this Build-A-Bear.

Shannon was extremely Attentive and super friendly! She went out of her way to unstuff the entire Bear 🐻and replace it with new stuffing. She was extremely thoughtful, and sweet. Thank you 😊Shannon you dud a Bearly grear job.

People at the store are helpful and patient. My kid loves going here.

Great experience picking out bears and clothes.. Simple and easy process, the attendant, Jose, was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Definitely will be back.

I have taken my daughter here for a birthday stuffed animal twice now and the quality of the Bear and the kindness of the staff have made it a really good experience for her.

The build a bear baby yoda/the child is a great bear it is soft and cute i think you should buy this as your first bear

Very disappointed. Drove an hour to get here as a treat for my kids after dealing with their first full day of remote learning as they had extremely difficult and anxious days. Get all the way out there & they are closed. Online hours said they should have been there until 7. Not happy that I wasted a whole afternoon & gas when it could have been avoided by them simply updating that they were temporarily closed.

Molly was amazing! She was very patient and helpful with our grandchild in getting her birthday Rainbow Dash! She really loves the birthday hat headband on her Rainbow Dash! Her first trip was a great experience! Im sure it wont be her last! The store was very clean and tidy also!

I remember when the store/concept first came out, and theres really nothing thats added to it in over 20 years: Pick out a stuffie, fill it with fluff, add accessories. From a child perspective its--temporarily--the greatest experience in the world; from an adult perspective, just watch as the price DOUBLES when you throw in the overpriced outfits. Ultimately, Im not knocking the hustle, just dont expect your child to pay any more attention to his/her so-special creation three days later than the one from last year still hiding behind the couch.

Online it said it was open near me made me drive a hour and it’s closed update the site wasting gas. !

I drove from Worcester to Natick specifically to stop by build a bear workshop. I wanted to surprise my mother with a gift with her mothers voice in one of the bears, not only did she love the gift but the whole experience in store was amazing, they helped me with each step and made it a memorable experience. Very touching to me that they helped me do this amazing gift for my mom, the young lady who helped me was as sweet as an angel! ill be going back to make another gift for my nephew soon!

Such an amazing place. Truly fun for all ages, (my 21 year old self included!)

My son and I love this place. Such a cute idea for kids. We have been at least a half dozen tones and will happily go back again!

Aidan was especially helpful with choosing a stuffed animal to make and was very kind! She gave us the full experience of the store and made this a memorable visit.
