Had one closet done with them today - pictures shown online are very different than when it actually gets installed.. nothing fancy as seen on website..but it’s fine with the amount I paidI had a private contractor give me a expensive estimate so I went with these peopleService was prompt right from first callHelpful and nice customer service staffLiked Melissa who helped us with our design on phoneWe used Dolly which is 3 rd party delivery people- laid back staff were suppose to come at 12.30 pm did not come until 5 pm

I used to go to the Container Stores when I lived in NYC. If they dont have the organizational products you need, chances are they havent been invented yet.

This store has many things that can not be found anywhere else except maybe Amazon. Great selection. And no I am not talking about containers and i did not go to this store for a container.

Fun stuff to be found

I visited this location for the first time and was not very impressed. The interior was a mess, disheveled, and disorganized - which is ironic, considering the store’s name. One-way directional signs were inconsistent (I’m pretty sure somebody picked them up and pointed them all in random directions), price tags were missing, none of the price checkers worked, and — there were lots of broken items.Not to mention, they do not enforce mask wearing at this location.

Its a good store for what it is. I like the Container Store in general for organizing supplies. Some items can be a bit overpriced for what they are. This location is clean and well staffed, with a good stock available most of the time.

Its a much bigger store then I thought. I found everything I was looking for. Prices are reasonable. Give it a try.

Great store for organizational supplies and closet makeovers. Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and happy to help you. They have so many useful gadgets here, from cord organizers to space saving shelves and travel aids. We could all use a little organization in our lives and this store has us covered!

Disappointing. They do have some unique storage solutions but also have lots of plastic containers that you can find elsewhere at much lower prices. They also have things you didnt know you needed but unless you can see how you would use them you might pass them by. I was there many years ago and remember better quality and better displays.

Astonishingly bad customer service.Weve spent a ton of money at this store over the years. Recently we moved to Boston so started ordering online for delivery instead.Not surprisingly some of the rather delicate plastic drawers arrived broken and a sweater box came delivered with a giant hole in it.We figured no problem, these guys are customer oriented and will just replace them.My wife took the broken units (we bought dozens) to the store for an exchange and at first, they refused to take them back. After making a scene and talking to the manager they agreed to an exchange only to inform her that they were out of stock.After so much aggravation and frustration, we simply accepted a refund instead and will find somewhere else to buy from. What on earth kind of strategy is this place taking? They charge 2-3x what you can get similar items for and then treat their customers this way.They will really suffer because my wife used to spend over $1K/year with these guys, Im kind of secretly happy that they were so bad she wont go back...

Neat freak nirvana. Lots of organization options and styles for kitchen, closet and more. Measure before you come and bring your notes and a tape measure.

They have every kind of storage container you could want. Also good quality wall mounted, and freestanding shelving systems. Finally they have unexpected storage solutions, like a shelf for your phone to rest on that attaches to your wall charger.

If you want to feel organized, or just like to wander around the part of a craft store with all the cool boxes, theres no better place!

Way over priced if you shop around. A good place to go and get ideas and they have good quality items, generally. Prices are insane though you may find a few good deals if youre lucky.

This place is dangerous place for your wallet!!!! Stuff is low priced, high quality ...lots of little containers, tubs buckets, bags etc....their website is not very good. But the staff is knowledgeable and there is a ton of stuff....its mind blowing

The Container Store is a great place to get supplies for your home or your room. There is something for your needs and they also have some good things that can be helpful for organizing your house and there is a lot of parking as well.

I always wanted to go to The Container Store and I thought I would find tons of cool stuff that I really needed because I like to store stuff but I didnt find much cool stuff that I needed which was different than what I thought it would be.

Every Container Store I have been to in the past the associates have been lovely, kind and helpful. Not today at the Natick location. Associate was snarky and made me feel as if I was bothering him. I did not appreciate his attitude and shortness with me. If he is bothered by the public, he should not work retail. Very disappointed.

Love the Container store. The staff was super helpful, went out of their way to find something that I was looking for.

I live 30 minutes away and am always in a hurry. So I plan my list the night before, order it for store pick and voila!! Its ready when they say it will be, they let me know in time. The longest Ive had to wait for my order to come to the curb while I waited was 7 minutes...because it was a huge order and needed two carts. Ive been a regular Container-ist for about 3 years, and will never go anywhere else so long as they provide this unique level of service!!
