I was doing some de-cluttering and brought in several pieces to be evaluated. Scott was great. He shared a lot of information on the evaluation process and provided ideas for pieces he was unable to take. I had previously taken my pieces to other stores in the area and Scott gave me the best offer by far. I would certainly return to this location again in the future.

Just okay. I was excited to find a shop that sold jewelry other than just diamonds (had some lapis, pearls) etc. I just looked at the art and jewelry. . Found a few pieces of jewelry, but they were overpriced. One ring was priced at $400 an they would come down to $320 + tax. It was a branded ring so I could find it online. Online new cost $309 + tax. Kinda stiff vibe in the place, too. The hours are tough to work around (closes at 5pm!). So although Im sure I will go back to see if anything interesting has come in, the prices will have to come down before I buy.Helpful?

I needed to sell my rolex exploer II, due to a family emergency, and found the Gold Rush online. I called and made an appointment and met with the owner. I explained my situation and he gave me what I believe to be a fair price IN CASH! That really made a difference and helped me. THe best apart about it was, 3 weeks later, when I received an insurance refund I was able to buy the rolex back for a small fee. Incredible. I will certainly do business with them again.
