Finally there is a great place to shop our new golf clubs. The hand goods associate Ben is super friendly and it has been our 3rd time being helped by him. If you were at the store and would like to try the club, look for Ben!

Walked into the place looking for a 6 iron or a driver. Ben K. walked over and asked if I needed any help. He was very helpful, helped answer any questions that I had and let me tested out some drivers. He told me I can also bring in my broken irons and to have it fixed. He also brought a little putter out for my daughter to play around with while I was in line buying a new driver. Definitely a great experience at the golf shop!

Be aware that the employees that work here are bias. I was in line to check out for more than 5 minutes and the three employees behind the counter ignored me. Finally after someone else got in line they stepped forward and asked me if I was ready to check out. They then quickly assisted the customers behind us. There was no explanation but they purposefully chose not to help us buy the merchandise. This was the last time I’ll go to this store and be treated as transparent.

Our experience should not warrant a star. My husband and I were shopping yesterday, Sunday at 4pm for golf clubs and lessons/fitting as a birthday gift for someone special. No one ever approached us to offer help. My husband flagged down a sales associate for help and he told him he would be back. He never came back! We flagged down another sales associate who eventually help us after waiting for 25 mins. As we left, my husband approached the check out counter with 3 sales associates sitting there no customers. My husband told the sales associate that never came back to help us, that we had waited 45 mins...another sales associate piped in that it was more like half an hour. We would understand if it were busy...but it wasnt.

Manager, Tim and the whole staff were VERY HELPFUL when I was making an exchange for my new golf bag. Really appreciated it!!

Wow, a Golfers gold mine! I was very impressed with the vast array of merchandise so attractively displayed. I needed help purchasing a gift. The assistant manager Tyler was a godsend! He went above and beyond! I felt as if I had my own personal shopping guide! The store is enormous and has numerous golf simulators encasing most of the perimeter.Will most definitely be returning!

Had a terrible experience at the Natick store. Went in hoping to get fitted for a set of custom irons and was prepared to purchase them on the spot. After waiting around for a while with nobody approaching me, I was finally able to get set up with a couple different irons to hit in the simulator. The employee helping me then left. Didn’t watch any of my swings or provide any advice. He literally did not seem interested in selling me anything. I was under the impression I would be helped with picking a set of irons that fits my game but no such luck. Even after all this, I said I liked one set in particular and asked if it was available. I was then told it would take 3-4 months to order and that none of the irons I tried out were available with a stiff shaft flex. All around total waste of time and extremely disappointed.

Great selection, easy checkout upon purchase. Staff helpful when asked to assist. Cant complain, I enjoy coming here for my golf needs.

I was hoping for something a little better. This is just another golf warehouse/golf galaxy. Nothing special! I would suggest using the pro shop at your local golf course or country club.

My golf bay for two weeks in a row hasnt worked . No camera. Plenty of staff. Helpfull attendants. Will try again.

I ordered golf shoes 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Tracking number that the PGA Super store supplied is not valid. I have sent emails and left messages. No response.They got my money in 1.5 seconds. Funny how that works.

Great products and selection but they can get very, very busy. The staff is great, plenty of simulator bays.

Selection is unreal. Lots of bays with trackman so you can hit clubs before you buy them. Decent size putting green. Prices are expensive but standard.
