Amazing stuff, super friendly. I went for Christmas shopping and one of the staff members, a female, she was great on wrapping my gift. Highly recommended, very Professional and ver personal in the way they support and help you.

I wanted to like this place. I was excited to get my gifts professionally wrapped, but after waiting for 20 minutes without any line, the two gifts that I brought were returned to me wrapped in a really amateur way. The backside of the wrapping paper was exposed and sticking out in multiple places, the tape was becoming unstuck, and the ribbons were cut awkwardly and in a way that didnt stay on the gifts well. I ended up paying just over $35 for a job that made me heavily consider opening them up and rewrapping them myself, and I am not good at it. The whole point of the experience and the cost was to have professional looking gifts, and instead Im a little embarrassed by them. Its very disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went there in the beginning of January to check it out the invitations cards for my wedding. The manager took my order and my informations. To complete my order she needed to get back to me with some more informations that she didn’t have at the time. She said she would called me back next day, never happened, I called her a week later she said that she forgot it about. I week later, I left message, I haven’t heard back since. Tired of waiting I called an another papyrus store and I find out they are not longer doing this personalized invitation. That’s why she never called me back. she didn’t even have the courtesy of giving me call to tell me. I was so mad!! I Do not recommended it.
