No customer service call connection and no customer service desk during a half of my store visits.No customer service hour information indicated anywhere.There is more than a half chance you will not get customer service help when you come to the store.The store leadership team needs to fix this issue. Please …A Frustrated customer. Experienced many times store visits without getting a service what I needed. Usually I made 2-3 visits get an WU service per a month.This is ridiculous and not acceptable.

I got scammed again by Stop&Shop reward program. I did everything perfectly on the app and clipped my coupon earlier and after shopping the required amount it won’t give me the discount. I Talked to the on floor supervisor and he says there’s nothing he can do. Dear owner, please don’t reply to this review pretending that you’re sorry. You keep doing this and you never fix it it’s been years!

I just came out of Stop and Shop Natick. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers. I was overcharged for some items this weekend. I had to go back to the two time to final get the refund. The first time the service desk was closed so there was no way store could help me. Today when I returned during the hours the a lot hours the customer service desk was closed again.This is where I ran into my issue. When asking two different employees for help to find someone to help me. Both employees just walked away putting their hands ups. One stated I dont work over there, referring to the customer service dept. I was not able to hear what the second person said as they could not be bothered give me the respect to stop and address. The clerk who was handling a long line of customers was just confused about who and how to call the manager up to the front of the store to help resolve the issue.Problem1. Product were rung up at the wrong price at the start2. When the price correction was made the store manager at that time never deleted the first charge.3. Limited hours of a customer leaving the store manager to tell customers you just have to come back tomorrow to get your issue correct4. Stop & Stop for creating a culture where teamwork and helping customers is not a priority.We are all overworked and stressed at this time. The respect of one each goes a long way. I hope other have a better experience and keep an eye on the price you are being charge at time of check out.

This place always organized and clean. I dont come here often because its out of my way, but everytime I stop by I get good experience.

I like shopping here as they do carry lot of mainstream brand options and you can always find great deals on them. You will find awesome deals on flovered yogurts. The only downside is the store layout. The fresh veggies/fruits are in one end and the milk/eggs are at another end which will make to walk the entire store. They really make you stop and shop.

This is the closest grocery store to my house, so Im here pretty frequently. It is generally clean and well stocked.The robot is annoying and I think perhaps the employees rely on it too heavily. For example, I dropped a glass jar of cherries and it shattered - we found an employee and relayed this info and they told my husband and I that the robot would deal with it. Dude, theres broken glass on the floor?Also, I find that the deli staff can be brusque and it (the deli) often doesnt have the products Im looking for (i.e. black forest ham, hoffman cheese).

Ive been going to this store for years and today will be the last time, unfortunately. There have been a couple of times when the meat and deli areas smelt off, which I ignored. Today though, it was especially foul. When going to the pre-packaged meats, I quickly saw one that went really bad.... Right after an employee had been sorting through the display cause. Its even past its sell by date by a day, but hasnt been removed (if you shop here, be sure to double check the meat dates!). Makes me very uncomfortable buying meats here, and confirms to me that the smells might actually warrant some concern. I like the stop & shop chain, but no longer feel alright with the food safety practices of this location.

It has everything I need and opens until midnight Mon-Sat and 9PM on Sunday. Prices are reasonable although a bit higher than in whole sale stores. I can find good stuffs on sale and stock up every time I go there. It’s a busy but clean place. I have shopped here for many years but never experienced any smell in this store. There is another nice but smaller supermarket closer to where I live but somehow I always end up shopping at this Stop&shop.

The natural foods selection was larger than most Stop and Shops and well organized. They had a decent amount of organic and different (eclectic) produce. The store was decently clean although as ALL Stop and Shops need an update to the bathroom most including this one having to walk to the back of store behind the deli, down a hallway. It has a dungeony feel and the layout makes no sense with the paper towel and air dryer literally 8 feet away from the sink. Having hooks on the bathroom door would be ideal for your jacket/purse/cloth grocery bags etc. Also they don’t have gender neutral bathrooms yet, which I’m sure will have to be a major overhaul that every single person will appreciate.The staff I dealt with were friendly and personable which is almost unheard of at stop and shop so bonus points there for sure! It was not a hassle when I asked for a rain check and the person at the service desk was on break. Most Stop and Shops would say too bad you’re not getting a rain check. Sad but true.They were redoing the gravel in the parking lot which made parking a bit difficult. And the actual customers going into shop are in a big rush and very rude. Says more to the townspeople rather than the store. But overall I would be back. Had most items I normally buy. Would just like an increase in their organic produce and natural foods section.

They double charged me for groceries a month ago, I’ve made 6 trips to the store, with receipts and bank statements and no one at the store can tell me where my money is or when I’ll get it back. You’d think a 100million dollar company wouldn’t steal from its customers...guess not.

This Stop and Shop is soooo much better than the one on Temple street here in Framingham. Better selections more products. If youre going to shop in Framingham for groceries this is the place you want to go.

Only good for specials. Everything overpriced otherwise. I lowered my rating today for a couple of reasons. I have switched to shopping at Wegmans regularly but the flyer brought me back. Petite sirloins for $3.99 is a good deal and buy 2 get 2 on the Pepsi 12 packs. I spent almost $200 this evening almost $50 on the steaks alone. Real big factor for the drop in stars was the fact there was only one cashier/register on a Saturday evening. And second big reason was how my stuff was bagged. I wasnt paying attention while cleaning products were bagged with food. Also nothing was double bagged. I organized everything as I put it on the conveyor so there shouldnt be an issue. Frozen items together, refrigerated items together etc and non food separate. Well I wanted my time. But here is the kicker, he put all the steaks in sideways with bag of chips on top so I didnt see while carrying. Guess what juice leaked and bag busy on the outside stairs. The thin cling wrap they use didnt stand a chance. 5 of the six packages gone, only a small one survived. Not happy.

It was good but Im just a kid and I dont really like shopping especially at supermarkets. For me the longer your in the worse it gets

(update 03/27/2021) please have the older gentleman in the deli department, white black glasses wear his mask to cover his nose. He is handling food wearing a mask incorrectly.Just ur typical stop and shop, but I do have one concern. Down at the Delli section there is the corridor to the bathrooms and to the storage in the back. When walking by the delli in the initial corridor section the door is ridiculous, I cant put my finger on if its the bathrooms or coming from the storage in back. But it is not an easy smell to ignore

The store has everything we need including organic and international food. In store pharmacy with wonderful staff. Prices are average for the area.

Failed to impress me. Produce are consistently bad, except for the grapes and cherries, which one store manager seems very fond of nibbling on while on duty. His way of ensuring quality, Im sure. Now you know why those grape bunches always have stubs with missing grapes.Lettuce heads look downright unhealthy. Leafs are either desiccated or rotting. Did they get lost on the way to a pet store as rabbit feed? I dont know. They dont belong in a supermarket, though.The worst part is going through the registers. Its as though the cashiers were doing you a favor by allowing you to give them your business. Thank you for that privilege, but I think Ill take my business elsewhere.

The produce dept. Is changed around to much and sometime s very congested at door. The people who are the nicest to deal with are the deli the fish dept. the pharmacy. Management isnt the most helpful.

Wow. Rude people work there. The guy behind the deli counter would not reach out to hand me my purchases. Instead I had to lean way over the counter to get it. No meeting me half way. Rude and mean. Id rather go 5 miles out of my way to another store. I wont shop there ever again.

The customer services was terrible today. The lady answering the phone does not know how to behave in an ethical manner when shes the one overwhelmed with her own job. She should be trained on her customer services skills because honestly I will not be returning to this location ever again just because of her.

Can get very busy sometimes with long lines at check out. They have a great variety in their different departments and their produce is always fresh and of high quality.

Rude employees, and I saw a dog walking around (no vest or anything!) and no one even cared. I dont even want to know how dirty things really are here if they dont even care about health codes.

Better than the low-end supermarkets in the area, not as good as high-end. High-end meats are fine, organic section is ok, & produce is a mix (be picky there and youll do fine).

State-of-the-art shopping and reasonable prices. Its a large store with a good selection of housewares and natural and organic foods as well as regular groceries. They offer delivery, WiFi, self-checkout, handheld scanners and a smartphone app. There is a bank branch and an inexpensive pharmacy in the store. The quality of the food is generally good. If you get a rewards card, you will save lots of money and can participate in rewards programs (e.g., gasoline discounts). Part of the store has been remodeled and is pleasant. Much improved in recent years. I dont understand why some people say its overpriced. My groceries cost me less here than anyplace else - Market Basket, Wegmans, Roche Brothers, Whole Foods Market, etc. Some items are expensive, but overall its cheaper. Go and be amused by Marty the robot.

Smelly supermarket with above average prices and below average service.

Not enough cashiers at peak times. Saw raw beef juice dripping from a package in the meat cooler contaminating the outside of many other packages. I notified a staff member and was brushed off by them. I have also noticed beef juice dripping from a package inside of the pre-sliced deli cuts cooler contaminating the outside of the other packages as well.

Produce has really gone down hill on the freshness
