When a first started then staff actually cared about their clients. With the current center director the level of professionalism has reached an all all time low. no counselors available an ultimatum to have to buy thier food completely unacceptable . Not to mention her rude condescending attitude towards if you choose not to buy food.

I have struggled with my weight ever since my second daughter was born. I would lose a little and then gain it back. I always put everyone else first and myself last, as a lot of mothers do. As the years go by you always say “Okay, now I’m going to start”, and then by the end of the week I would give in to temptation. A few time I was successful in losing weight but it always crept back on.I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes in 2014. I was overwhelmed with the news and knew I needed to do something to improve my health, if I didn’t want complications later down the road. I joined a gym in hopes of losing weight and getting into shape. After a year I had lost a little weight and a few inches. Not long after, my father became ill and my thoughts were always somewhere else as my parents lived far away. I was still going to the gym but the weight I had lost slowly crept back on. When my father passed away, it was a wakeup call to take better care of myself and to put myself first for a change.In March of 2017 I decided to join Jenny Craig with the support of my family. My consultant, Sue from Natick MA, and I clicked immediately. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that I would be able to succeed. The meals and snacks Jenny Craig offers are so great that it made sticking to my program very simple. I immediately felt successful and was losing weight every week. When Sue was transferred to another office in Shrewsbury MA, I decided to follow her because I truly felt she was a big key to my motivation and success. I reached my target weight loss of 25 lb. in 3 months, and by continuing to follow what I had learned, I lost another 10 pounds.My motivation was to get off my medication for my diabetes. Although I am still on my medication, I am now considered pre diabetic and will continue to lose additional weight to get off my medication. I have been doing the maintenance program for the last 9 months and have been able to maintain my weight. I even still purchase my favorite meals and snacks. I owe so much to the Jenny Craig program and my consultant Sue for helping me stay positive. Jenny Craig gave me back the confidence in myself that I had lost. Everything changes so much when you feel good about yourself and I am so thankful for this great program. It truly is an investment on your life and wellbeing and it so worth it in every way.
