Best in the game! If you need it done right and you need things to always work, creative is the way to go

I recently hired Creative Systems as part of a large renovation project, to install an Audio/Video and Lighting Control System in my home. Being in the construction field, I have worked with a lot of contractors, but Creative Systems is second to none! They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and everyone who worked on the project was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I cant say enough about how thrilled I am with the end result, a flawless system - so easy to operate, that my family will be able to enjoy for years to come!

Creative Systems recently installed a whole house automation system in our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the whole staff. From prewire to final install, all aspects of the job were done on time and within budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that takes pride in their work and delivers what they promise.

I purchased a home TV/Audio/Blue Ray system with a universal remote. I was told at the time that they provide upgrade services for their equipment. I was never told there was a fee for upgrades to the system. When I upgraded to a new cable box and the universal remote would not work, I called them for service. After multiple calls I was told that i needed to pay $175 to reprogram the remote (a 5 minute job). I offered to bring in the remote and was quoted a $125 fee. There were also quite rude about it, saying they never had such a discussion before. OK, maybe they charge a fee to reprogram, but that should be made clear upfront. Rudeness is always unacceptable. I would rather buy a new remote from their competitor than ever deal with them again. Too bad because they are close by and would have been a good place to deal with in the future.
