Ive had my Good Feet supports for over 10 years. I popped in to the store see if they were still OK and was informed they are backed with a lifetime warranty! I walked out with a brand new set, just as happy as the day I got them! Thank you to Justin and everyone at the Good Feet store. The supports have changed my life and I recommend you all the time

Discovered this store in Natick after searching online for orthotics. We just walked in and were pleasantly surprised that the lady that runs the store was a complete professional! She isnt just a typical sales person trying to push the products. She earnestly took the time to start from asking what the issue was, took the measurements, fitted the right size orthotics for the condition, allowing us to test walk them out. She let us switch out and try all 3 types of supports and explained how to insert, use the 2 products and avail lifetime warranty on them. Even if they are not that cheap, we walked out knowing all the options available. Giving 4 instead of 5 stars since we havent worn them sufficiently long enough to see the difference in pain level. Wish we found the store earlier!

I am so amazed by The Good Feet Store 3-step system. Since I been using the 3 -step system I am pain free. No more back pain and no more pain in my heel. I feel like a have a new entire body. Thanks Good Feet Store for helping me be pain free!

So I’ve been wearing these orthotics for over a month now before I officially made a review. I want to start out with the fact that I’m a usps city carrier and on my feet and walk an average of 10 miles a day. Before finding this store, I was buying Dr Schols foot inserts every couple of months and buying shoes within 6 months. I get foot massages weekly and want to explain that I have flat feet so foot pain for me has been pretty normal. But after getting used to these orthotics I can say that I don’t have the foot pains as I used to. I still have fatigue but it’s not as excruciatingly painful as I used to be daily after working 8-10 hours a day. I’m at the point where I really don’t feel them in my shoes anymore and grown rather accustomed to them. I know they must seem a bit pricey but the lifetime guarantee and the comfort of being able to walk pain free is worth the cost. If you’re on your feet all day or walk a lot, then I recommend it.

I finally went to the good feet store in natick ma. I was a bit skeptical. Dentin was so professional. Not pushy at all. He helped me make a great decision. I bought the 3 piece set of inserts. Today is day two. I woke up put my slippers on with the inserts. And was amazed that I had such little pain. Versus the extreme pain I had every morning. So day two and I’m feeling great so far!!! Thank you Dentin for educating me and making me feel better. It’s worth every penny for these inserts. I feel fantastic for the first time in 4 months. Thank you good feet store!

I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for several years, I decided to go to the Good Feet Store and try some special orthotics for my shoes to finally resolve foot pain. Geraldine greeted me at the door on the day of my appointment Geraldine was very knowledgeable about my foot problems and fitted me with 3 different types of orthodics . My experience at the Natick Good Feet Store was very positive!! Geraldine Namatovu the Assistant Manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, skillful and very helpful. I’m wearing the orthotics in my slippers now, and they are extremely comfortable. I never thought I could stand wearing anything on my feet around the apt. These give me great support!!! I have a problem with gout in my right big toe and right 2nd toe. The new orthotics in my shoes are wonderful. There is some pain in the right toes when I wear the shoes. I will be seeing my Primary Care Doctor Tuesday, February 9th and hope to get a medication to reduce the swelling in those toes and lessen the pain. Met with Justin,Seem to know exactly!!! what my issue was. Very knowledgeable!!!!. Explained every detail in the process of fitting me with the orthonics. I have tried over the counter products for arches, and nothing seemed to help. Worked temporarily, and then I would be back to where I was. In pain.. After explaining each step, I have found comfort that I have not felt in a long time. I have not been using these orthonics long, and I was assured that the people at Good Feet would keep working and corresponding with me in the event anything would change. I BELIEVE THEM!!!!

This an honest review about the store and the product.I went to Natick, the sales person was kind, knowledgeable and was not pushy. No complaints at all, like others have stated the personnel is some of the best you’ll find in any business.I give 1 star because of the product and company policy. These are EXPENSIVE, almost like getting custom made inserts, and they don’t give you your money back if they don’t work, they claim they have a product that will work for you. Because of the great reviews I decided to try, I am on my second type of inserts and the pain is even worse now. My feet hurt while wearing sneakers and that didn’t happen before. Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do, they won’t give me my money back.Overall, I say is a gamble, if you have $400-$1200 lying around and want to test these, otherwise do yourself a favor and get the cheaper ones, or custom made.

I purchased orthotics here a few weeks ago. I have been extremely happy with them. Justin was fantastic to work with and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is terrible. No one there including the district manager truly knows the product inside and out when asked detailed questions. I have very bad feet. I will be making anAppointment for the podiatrist to get fitted for orthotics. Should of done that in the first place. DO NOT LET THEM KNOW YOU PLAN ON SUBMITTING TO INSURANCE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. I felt like the second they heard flexible spending card, they cram a fully loaded sale into you and make you sign a paper that says they DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS NO MATTER IF YOU COME BACK TO THEM TELLING THEM YOUR FEET GOT WORSE, NOT BETTER. They make fun of real orthotics by saying they use old technology from the 30’s, yet the good feet store has you step on a piece of carbon copy paper and then walks into the back room to “size you”....then comes back like a magician.

I have been wearing the new support arches for a little over a week and so far so good. Still getting used to them, but I already feel the difference in walking.

I had a good experience at the Good Feet store. The staff was professional and helpful. As I said when I tried the inserts at the store, the right insert is not comfortable and it continues to be uncomfortable. The golf ball feels like it’s in the wrong place.

I went there for foot pain relief and I was sold $1200 of the worst foot pain Ive ever experienced. They do not accept returns. Do not buy without speaking with a doctor first!! They did offer me a refitting when I said I was unhappy, but the problem is the supports themselves and not the size. Staff is very friendly but they are commissioned salespeople and not medical professionals.

Care was taken regarding explanation about the product. I was pleased with my experience. I have yet to get used to the fit of my new inserts.
