My new favorite pizza. Nice thin crispy crust. Sauce is somewhat sweet but also has some spices. Cheese is perfect, not too much and not greasy. The guys there are awesome. They have slices if you wanna give them a try.

I was looking to switch it up from the usual pizza places I order from in Manchester. I came across Pizza by Rocco and noticed a few images they uploaded of their pizza. Reviews were all 5* but I had to read them to make sure they were legit. They absolutely were. I placed an online order for a large 1 topping and got their fried dough bites for dessert. Amazing. For the people that are big Alley Cat Pizza and Papa Ginos fans, give this a shot. You won’t regret it. The fried dough bites were amazing too. One of the co-owners was out making deliveries and introduced himself when he dropped the food off. They’re new to NH but have had great success with their Natick, MA location. Great food, great prices and all around nice people.

Pizza by Rocco is the best joint around. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. The flavors are mouth watering and always leave you wanting more! Pizza by Rocco never disappoints!

Love the buffalo rancher pizza, plan on trying other items as well but pizza is top notch.

Really great pizza! I have been here 2 times, but this is my first chance to review. I had the casablanca pizza and it was fantastic! The pie is a great size, I believe the large is an 18inch pizza. The cheeses worked really well. They had multiple flavors coming together on each slice. It was cooked really well and the olive oil complimented the cheeses perfectly. The price point is also perfect giving the customer a great deal. I highly recommend stopping in, if looking for slices in the area. I will definitely be back.

This is possibly the best pizza in the Eastern Massachusetts area (I’m from CT) The employees are kind and personable and offered me a free slice of pizza just out of the oven when they heard it was my first time there. The pizza was incredibly crisp (minimal flop) and had the perfect sauce and cheese ratio. I will be back

Some of the best customer service Ive ever had. When we arrived we really didnt know what to order and he talked through the menu with us to settle on buffalo chicken. We ordered a large and it was HUGE, biggest large pizza in the area. The buffalo chicken pizza is the best Ive had and is the best in the areaThe pizza also looks really good (see the photo), everything was made to order and a lot of care was clearly put into it.Highly encourage anyone who wants a friendly atmosphere and great pizza to visit.

Excellent pizza, good service! This has become our go-to-place for well prepared traditional pizza. Kudos to the hard working friendly staff.Medium crust with proper texture hits our sweet spot. Much prefer to the excesses of cracker-like thin crust and doughy thick crust.Toppings were of decent quality, applied with a generous hand. So far, we have gone with standard fare - cheeses, pepperoni, sausage.Tomato sauce with nice balance. Results not too oily.We have been planning to explore the rest of the menu, but have been happy with the standard classics.Advice:(1) I recommend ordering from the Pizza By Rocco website and avoiding Slice and the other intermediaries. I do not want to give a slice of the action to Slice.(2) Go with curbside or counter pickup instead of delivery. Spend the time picking up piping hot fresh out of the oven pizza. Much preferred to soggy luke warm fare delivered by Grub Hub.

I waited over an hour for a BBQ chicken pizza only for it to arrive w NO BBQ. When I asked the driver, he said they’d run out. They had the number and could have simply asked if there was something else I’d like to order - instead they send it out. When I called for clarification, was told that they were in fact out and I was holding up the phone line from other orders. He said the chkn had bbq sauce on it. Meanwhile, said pizza is as dry as the box it came in - not to mention cold. This is a terrible first experience and worse customer service.

One of the Worst restaurant experiences of my life at Rocco’s pizza In natick .Was told 40 min for the order, arrived on time and they told me to wait in the car - 10 min.40 min later it’s still not done.3 other people waited the same time with me.Standing in the restaurant I saw the manager completely abusing his staff, flapping receipts in their faces, yelling and flipping out Bc they were answering the phone when he told them to ignore all calls.Absolutely ridiculous .I HIGHLY recommend going to Brooklyn pizza, George’s, Nekos, libertys insteadEdit: he was shouting and screaming at them before he told them to not answer calls too- personally I can’t support in good conscious a restaurant that treats their employees like that.

We got their Florentine pizza and a large cheese. The best thin crust I have had in a long time! Servings were generous, enough to feed 3 of us with plenty left over. They were gracious enough to speed up my order even on a busy Friday night. We will be back to try out more of their pizzas!

Ordered the Munchitzer 4/20 and the chicken brocolli alfredo pasta. It was delicious and it was more than enough for 2 people. The pasta was one of the best ones I have had. Also had a slice of the pepperoni to try and it was phenomenal. Definitely will try their other pizzas and many other things.

I finally found a real authentic Italian thin crust pizza. I visited this place today for the first time and got a cheese pizza as well as a steak and cheese sub. Pizza was so flavorful and steak portion was above what you get at other places. Service was excellent as well. The staff appeared to be following Covid-19 guidelines established by the board of health. Everybody was wearing masks and gloves. Manager who presented himself as Jay was very nice and entertaining while delegating orders to his team. Front house staff was delivering food to customers’ cars in a professional way. Overall, I liked the food and the atmosphere. Very friendly and looks like employees are enjoying what they’re doing. Unfortunately, I‘m only visiting friends for few days before heading home to RI. I needed to review this place though cause the experience was really above what you expect from sub/pizza shops.

Where to start? first of all, the food is amazing. the pizza, wings, fries, onion rings, all stellar! the staff is friendly and polite, and the decor is tasteful and well chosen! the prices are just right for what youre getting! make sure to tip well!

Finally found a real pizza spot! We have been in MA (Natick) for 11 months and tried a few places. They all disappointed us. We drove by and originally thought it was apart of garage next to it. Decided to try it after realizing it was a pizza place. We had a plain cheese and a pepperoni pie. Both were right on. The crispy chicken was the sh$t! Its worth the drive I made (10min). To think, if not for a wrong turn, we would have never noticed the place. This is the new regular spot! Will try the zeppole next time

Have ordered here a few times. They have great tasting pizza, arguably some of the best in Natick. But don’t bother ordering here on a Friday or Saturday evening. They won’t be accommodating, they will likely mess up your order, and then tell you it’s because they’re too busy on Friday/Saturday nights. Ok, probably better to hire more staff if you can’t keep up with demand, but are messing up orders. Not a good enough excuse. Also parking there is a nightmare.

Rocco and his cohorts are completely out of their skulls. Being rude, picking fights with customers. I honestly dont know what the heck is going on in there but err on the side of safety and just stay away because you might get hurt.Also the food has severely declined in the last year or two. Disgusting!

The only Italian/NY style pizza in the area. HUGE pizza and awesome chicken tenders! The customer service is great, too--they were out of ham for our Hawaiian (yes, we are pineapple on pizza people and proud of it) so Roccos called us to ask if a bacon substitute was okay.Were looking forward to trying the ham next time!

This is it. Pizza by Rocco fills the hole left in my heart ever since Natick Pizza retired. The staff is friendly and having a good time with customers, and the pizza (pictured: Roccos Special) is just delicious. The grease is minimal, the crust is soft, and the portioning is generous to leave happy leftovers.

I order 3 pizzas and salads and the food was AMAZING!! The staff and owner were very friendly!!! I will definitely god back!!! My go to for pizza and salads❤️😎

We order here about 2-3 times a month since they opened. The pizza is delicious. Thin and crisp crust and good flavor. My favorite is the buffalo chicken and my wifes is just a plain cheese with extra sauce. In the beginning the wait times estimates were off, but that has improved as time has gone on. We always pick up, too, so cant comment on delivery. Rocco and staff are great!

Pizza is decent -- weve had better in the local area and weve had worse. However, I give this place two stars (revised to three) its impossible to pick up your pizza. They have no parking and they dont tell you when you order for pick up that they have no parking. I had to pull into an office park and call them and then they tell you to park in the bank next door. However that lot is completely full because there is another restaurant that uses it as well. I had to park in the mechanics lot next door and luckily they were closed so I could do that. However they have not cleared any of their sidewalks or the porch into their front door and it was covered in a solid sheet of ice. Delivery is an option, but only if you spend $50 on food and then they still charge a $5 delivery fee. To be clear, there is room to pull into the back of the restaurant but they clearly dont want you using that because they have a car parked in the driveway so you cant get there. 100% inconvenient. If you are in walking distance, it might be worth it. Otherwise, dont bother.Update: The owner kindly called me to follow up on my review. He said there is parking (albeit limited and hard to access) and did not know why his employees said there was no parking. There is a lower delivery minimum but there are two ways to order online and the catering menu has the $50 minimum and is very confusing on a smart phone -- its much easier to navigate to that rather than the regular online ordering, so be sure to sure you are on the correct online ordering system. Parking is still a major hassle but since we can order with a lower minimum, well try again.

Swats a decent pizza place, a very odd place to be though, with the way the parking is and the location. The food was good and the people were average friendly. I wouldnt go out of my way to go back there but we were in the area. Nothing really to write home about.

Fantastic pizza made better by some of the best service Ive ever had! We came in and were greeted by the owner who was hard at work. He asked if wed been before and helped us pick a pizza - we went with the buffalo chicken, and oh my goodness. It was perfectly balanced, fresh and flavorful; the ranch tasted like it was made with fresh herbs. The crust is perfect - thin but not too crispy or too chewy. We got a Greek salad as a side that was fresh and even had good tomatoes - not the flavorless ones usually found in pizza joints. If you are looking for amazing pizza definitely come here and see for yourself!

Love this place, it’s the-go for many people in the area. The owner and staff are great people and they have a lot of variety; the pizza is obviously good but also the chicken parm subs, steak & cheese, and their pasta is also really good!

We got a margherita pizza here ther other day. It was fantastic! It may have been my favorite margherita pizza so far. I even liked the crust, and I usually hate crust. It is also delicious cold the next day (although you dont get as much of the delightful garlic aroma when cold).

EXCEPTIONAL! We ordered a Sicilian (half cheese — half chicken parm) and are incredibly impressed. The crust is thick and doughy with exactly the right amount of crisp on the outside. It has lots of delicious chicken on the parm half with layers of cheese above and below, and the bottom crust is so substantial it holds its shape with no flopping. (The freshly shaved parmesan on top is an awesome touch — not something you’d typically expect from a neighborhood pizza shop)My husband said it was just as tasty a few hours later cold for dinner, and this family of three is enjoying it fresh out of the oven reheated for lunch a day later. (It’s a BIG pizza!)The biggest compliment has to be from our seven year old who has literally enjoyed pizza (only cheese - always) from *ONE* Natick joint for his entire life.He has declared Pizza by Rocco his “new #1” — and we all agree!*Edited to add: the customer service was top notch & so friendly! The young man who took my order on the phone double-checked with the chef about a special request; everyone was masked & distance reminders were posted; they apologized when my order wasn’t ready when I walked in (I was very early!); the chef chatted with me about ingredients and was genuinely excited about the food he was creating; and the woman behind the counter offered to bring my pizza to my car so I wouldn’t need to bring my small son in. Not going to lie... we may bail on cooking again tonight and try out Rocco’s subs or a pasta dish!

Make an order online and they just cancel it for no reason, no phone call nothing. I used to eat here a lot...In response to the owner;False, no one called. My co worker called after an hour of waiting which is how we learned that the order had been cancelled, we never requested that it be cancelled and your manager who cancelled the order never gave the common courtesy of picking up the phone.Thank you for reaching out but I am not interested in anything, I just want people to know what I experienced.

Pizza - even just cheese - has flavor, good balance of the proportions of sauce and cheese flavor. Buffalo wrap was huge, with soft pita bread that doesnt disintegrate, and had fresh lettuce and a buttermilk dressing. Seemed like the chicken in the wrap was hand-made breaded. The owner Rocco was there when I picked up, working super hard. So excited to try more.

The chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza was really delicious! Thin crispy crust. Lots of cheese and flavor steak fries were good and the steak bomb sub was really good. Very fresh bread, steak was lean. Good spot and a nice addition to Natick.

Disappointing customer service, called for two pizzas and was told 35 minutes which would have been fine except when I got there I sat around for another 35 minutes waiting for the pizzas. Throw in price increase and overall and this is the most a have paid for pizza in the area.

I love his thin crust pizza. The salads are really good too. My son got an eggplant Parmesan and really enjoyed it. Wonderful owner.

Great pizza. Got the burger pizza and it was really good, my only complaint was that it didnt have enough meat on it. For the price we only got a handful of crumbles and some of the slices didnt have any meat on it. Underwhelming amt for a 16$ small pizza. I dont mind the price but I expect more for it.
