Car Star has been so amazing to me! Everyone was extremely kind and professional. All of my questions/concerns were answered in an effective manner and, the communication remained great during the whole process. I dropped off my vehicle after being rear ended and it was repaired within a few days. My car looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys so much.

Love this place they are always courteous and professional. They text you every step of the way of the process. There work is also excellent. I have done my truck there twice and never had any problems. Keep up the good job guys.

Ralph was amazing very professional and friendly. CarStar is very fast and efficient. I need to have my car done before I left out of town. I called in the morning Ralph said come in by 3:00 pm and we will take pictures. He took pictures uploaded them call the Toyota dealership and ordered the part as I was sitting there. He told me, “ The part we will get tomorrow hopefully and we will call you once we will get the part.” I was a little worried since it was coming in on Friday that I would have to go through another weekend without getting my car fixed. Thanks to Ralph who called me to let me know that they had the part in and I could bring my car in by 2:00pm. I arrived a little early since I was super happy that my car was getting fixed. Ralph took my car back. He came back in we had a conversation and the next thing I know my car was done. CarStar will now be my go to for any damages to my car. I want to thank Ralph for being friendly and professional.

Excellent repair work done on time and for a reasonable cost based upon multiple bids. Communication with customer was also excellent.

Our car got hit by a chair coming from the opposite side of the road and went here to get if fixed they did an outstanding job plus Davids customer service was on point. Hopefully ill never need them again but if i do i will come back here to get it taken care of.
