Walked into the store today and I did not feel welcomed at all. I had some really good items to sell (some even with Tags still on it). Their first question Would you like to donate your items today? EXCUSE ME? If I were to donate, I would go to Goodwill or Salvation Army. Then she proceeds to tell me that she cant take the shoes as they only take shoes up to 5 y Youth size. I had shoes in small kid/toddler size (10 /11 and 12). I was confused.. then her coworker told her that youth sizes are different than small kid sizes. Why wouldnt you train your staff members regarding this ? Then they went through my stuff and offered me to give me a store credit for some of my items. And added or were you hoping for cash today?. I dont know where all these great reviews come from but I was shocked how I was treated.
I was so excited to see that there was a thrift store with just baby stuff! I have a year old son who’s in 18 month and a daughter on the way but I was absolutely disappointed in the prices for the clothes! There was a pajamas onesie for 18 month for for 8 dollars! Which is just insane when I can buy a brand new one at Walmart for the same price and you could see how worn down it was. It just didn’t seem worth it. I’ve gone to other thrift stores and got baby clothes for 2 dollars a item which is more worth the money. I will how ever give them credit that they did have some bins where items where 50 cents a piece probably the best deal I saw there how ever they had no 18 month clothes I’m there. So it was a let down for me.
Really love this place. Ive been to multiple resale stores for children, and these people are by far the kindest and most respectful of customers. Ive never been made to feel like the items Ive sold were less than or not good enough, as some other stores are snobby about what brand name your clothing is rather than if it is clean, cute, and worth re-selling. They offer military discount and perks for returning as a customer, which is an added bonus. Really a great place to shop and sell!
Great service always with a smile! Definitely more bang you the buck here. I always find a great deal whether gently used or brand new on clothing I would have to buy anyways. Worth stopping by to check out when you have kids.

I went on a Tuesday 7/13and bought a Baby Trend snap and go car seat caddy stroller for $39.99 (which is only being sold for $49.43 at retail stores, brand new). I figured that’s a pretty good price especially since I’m helping a private business. When I got there, I asked how it closes. The handle was stuck so they tried to fix it with WD-40 which I found odd because this should of been checked/expected before they put it on the floor. When I got home, I inspected it even more and realized it’s a very old brand. The new brand and the brands even later than today have 2 straps in the middle to hold the car seat, this one didn’t and looked really old and beat up. $39.99 was definitely not worth the price. I was able to get a somewhat newer brand, still second hand for only $20. So I decided to come back to this store and resell it back knowing I’m Not going to get all my $ that I paid it for. The employee asked what I’m expecting and I asked her their policy. She said “usually half of what Walmart is selling it for brand new” and I mentioned that retail stores including Walmart is selling it for $49.43. So based off what she said I then expected at least $20-25. She was texting her manager and she asked me again what I’m expecting. Due to her asking me again, I decided then maybe $30. Then she comes back and gives me four different numbers, not really explaining it well and said “we can do $11 cash, $13 trade in value today, $15 towards any product that doesn’t have a yellow dot and $19 in clothing” The way she explained it, I took it like that’s the trade and I would get all that also a bit confused because she kept asking what I was expecting back and the fact they go by half of what Walmart sells it for. So I decided in myMind let me do the $13 trade in value and get the $11 now and get the rest later. When I was ready, she then explained it in better detail that I get to choose ONLY 1 of the 4 options. I was shocked!!! How do you ask me what I’m expecting and then you already have what you’re going to offer me which is nothing close to what you offered me or said your resale policy was!!! So I decided to get the $13 trade value since my daughter wanted something in the store. She picked 2 items that ended up being $14.07 so I asked if we can just have a clean trade since it was only $1.07 difference and I was already getting cheated especially when I never used the item and bought it directly from them and i haven’t even had my baby yet! She had to ask her manager and basically said no. The whole process was horrible. They have no clear policy and you feel and get cheated. I basically paid for a used stroller the price that I could’ve gotten as brand new! NEVER going back there again. You’re going to be cheated!!!

Tried to sell 4 items, owner offered $45 for all four including a $300 mom high chair. Shady business. Please sell your stuff else where. These people are nickeling and diming hard working people.

I just had my second kid and was wanting to have some items cleaned. The cleaning was done way beyond my expectations. I really love this store and strongly recommend it for every and any parent. I have been coming here since I was pregnant and it has allowed me to stay within my budget but also have the newest baby items in my home. Ive purchased a stroller, a walker and a baby carrier. My daughter uses them everyday and they make my life so much easier!I did not have to pay full price for any of these items because they gave me top dollar for my used and new items to spend in the store!

The cashier, Lei-nc, we spoke to through our our entire visit was so helpful! She made our entire experience fun, exciting, and easy. She helped with all of my finances questions, showed him how to take apart the baby play pin, and adjust a stroller we purchased. She went above and beyond in helping us find the right items that fit our needs. Her customer service is what on average stores lack but she has it here. Thank you and we Will be shopping here again soon. Amazing small business!!! Highly recommend this place for all baby stuff.

It was out first time in the store, every thing is well organized, fairly priced, and the staff is extremely friendly. She even dropped the price for us by $10! I would definitely recommend this for new moms and dads, who are on a budget. They have lots of new stuff too.
Went in with a bunch of great used items and they wanted to give pretty much pennies so they can price it up. I get they need to make money but I had a ergo baby carrier that was used 2 times for a Disney trip and had box, instructions and all like brand new and wanted to give me $20 this item is $120 before taxes brand new!!! Wont be back and will just sell on offer up instead.

I was skeptical about this shop after reading so many negative reviews but honestly, I had a great experience when I finally went in. I took a small box of clothes and got more in clothing credit than I expected. They were upfront about their credit policies, I personally have no issues with it because I sell my kids clothes with the intentions of using that money to buy them more clothes and I found both my girls cute items and redeemed all my credit the same day. My girls wear 3T and 12 month and while there wasnt a huge selection for either size what I did find was in perfect condition and current styles, I found them both items I really liked. I also appreciate that the shop does a military discount (not combined with store credit but I think thats fair.) I think theyre prices reflect the quality of the items they offer, I dont know why so many have given them a bad rap.

To this day I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always so friendly and full of knowledge and the store is organized, clean and easy to navigate. I recently purchased an item that required a recalled part I was unaware of. MJ was thoughtful enough to let me know that the item had to be removed for the recall but she was able to have the new item sent to my home without any hassle ( this was after she had already stopped what she was working on to help me look at the jumper and try it out with my son) Small moments like these are the reason I will continue to buy items from this store. I was blown away by the phenomenal service and I will continue to recommend this store to other friends. Thank you for everything !

I went here yesterday because of all the good reviews, but for a resale shop they were a bit overpriced. $5-8 for used onesies even the ones with stains on them. I went down the street to Ross and they had the same brands for the same price for NEW.
