Stopped by to pick up some things I saw on their add and was very pleased with their outstanding customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made my experience shopping at Dixieline a very pleasant one. The only thing that prevented me from giving them 5 ⭐is they dont carry a lot of items, they run out fast. Other than that I am definitely coming back!

Miles above the box stores in quality selection and milling capabilities. Excellent customer service and associates that can actually help.

Some of the staff not to help at all. Other ones very friendly and helpful.

Wow!!! i was there today to pock up some lumber today the worst experience ever with the gentleman on the forklift he hit my truck with the forklift i did not go inside to make a big deal about it because it was minor but the guy didnt even say sorry or anything he looked like he hated his job.Jose was okay he was kind of new he is learning but wow ..Customer service should be 1000% so Customer return..

Always kind and helpful Even though I dont come in that much, Joe identified me by my voice when I called, and offered free delivery of 50 huge bags of dirt, including taking it through the house to the back, which no one else will do. The prices are reasonable and I always feel good there. Dont even think of going to 7th Ave!

There was a mix up when I picked up my purchase of some patio furniture. I only got one of the two boxes in my order. After I got home and realized the error I called Dixieline and talked to Dave the manager. Dave stepped up and said he would personally deliver the second box. He did and in my book his actions rate 5 stars!!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. My go to home improvement store. They have an outdoor lumber yard so THEY load your vehicle for you. Very good tool selection.

There is a good selection. Check out always takes a while since theyre is usually only one cashier but a lot of employees at the orders counter. Help the cashiers out!

Got what I wanted, had to go in lumber yard and was somewhat disorganized and hard to judge where to go to pickup. All good in the end .

This store has a good selection and counter people that care about you and your project. People are very helpful here and know what they are selling. There is easy access to the store right off the 54 and there is lots of parking. Returns, assuming you have the receipt, are easy. The store can get very busy, but the number system assures service is fair based on your placement in line.

The Dixieline staff and managers know what they are doing and helped me out a lot.Came here to rent a Rug Doctor. The rental process was easy and the staff thoroughly explained the rental terms and how the equipment works. They also accepted an online coupon from Rug Doctor.I had trouble returning the machine within 24 hours. Next morning the manager accepted my return without a problem. I was there today looking for a special tool I couldnt find it I ask one of the employees and one of them said if you dont see it its gone I wish they would it check back on the overstock see if they was one available.

Awesome store, good selection and hardware section reminded me of an Ace Hardware or Do It Best from the Midwest. Lena was pretty awesome too!

I love this store I went in hoping to find a small amount of concrete patching stuff and I literally left like an hour later, cant get enough hahahaPS they did have what I was looking for 😀

The customer service was excellent. I only came in for a few nuts and bolts but they took the time to make sure that I went home with the right stuff. Ill try to make it a point to come here again for all of my hardware needs.

Call majority of items special order to charge more money. On deliveries they show up without items or replace them with unwanted items. Careless with computer order charge carton price for single item used Shady practices to run up transaction totals

I’ve been to this Dixieline many times over the past few months. We’re building a Trex deck and getting our supplies from Dixieline. AJ has been amazing! With Covid delays and shortages, he’s gone out of his way to track down my materials. He’s great at communicating through email and the phone, as well as being available in person.All employees that I’ve dealt with at this store are helpful and courteous. I went in with a question one day and Magic worked on finding an answer for a product that I had questions about. I also needed some paint supplies and he took me directly to the products and explained things to me. A great experience.I’m happy to call this store “my” Dixieline.
