Herbs, oils, crystals, novelties, candles, plants, jewelry, chakra balancing varieties, very inviting service, positive vibe, no lines, not crowded, helpful representatives, well staffed, clean organized environment, insightful, knowledgeable. Located inside larger plaza downstairs. Private large shopping area away from all the other retailers upstairs. Plenty of parking. Explanatory notes on crystals etc. I look forward to coming here for my duration in San Diego.

I drove from Arizona to visit my father and googled this shop with the intentions of visiting them before we headed back home. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to hand pick my crystals and also gave me the time I needed to “feel” my way around. The energy was good and there was A LOT to select from. I’m saddened and very disappointed by the treatment I received at this business. I came several times for readings and a spiritual cleansing. I spent over $700. The lady who did my readings kept telling me the man I was dating was the one and we would marry. Even after I would tell her his actions she would insist she was correct. She was even trying to get more money out of me for an “amarre”. The man finally dumped me. Before writing this review I went to speak with her and told her what happened and she did not try to remedy the situation or accept fault. I wanted to give her an opportunity before leaving a bad review but I was left no choice since it’s not true and they don’t do anything to make their customers happy. They’re only out to scam you out of your hard earned money and take advantage of people’s weaknesses. Shame on them! If you’re the business owner please do not reply to my review telling me to come in and talk to you because I already did and you did nothing to remedy the situation.

I was looking for a cell phone case but I ended finding the best spiritual shop I have ever been to. This botanica is clean and organized. I asked about the tarot card reading. 40$ for the reading, I jumped to it. The woman who read my cards was kind and just knew what she was talking about. I went downstairs looking for a something and left with my spirits lifted, sage and a smudge & protect spray that is divine. This has become my new favorite place.

I read the reviews here and decided to visit the store. I paid 40$ for a tarot card reading and can happily say it was worth every penny! I have visited other spots, including places that charge in 15 minute increments, and 40$ is actually very fair. My tarot card reading was very accurate when it came to the people who showed up in the reading. It gave me clarity and helped me find solutions to the questions I had. The tarot card reading was in Spanish but there was someone to help translate. The staff is very friendly. The young lady who helped me was knowledgable enough to provide me with some information I had not yet known. When I was there, the store was expanding and I learned that they will be adding a lot of new inventory. I am definitely a return customer.

I am a repeat customer and everytime I come in I feel the store has everything I need. If it doesn’t, I request it and get within a couple of weeks. If I have questions, they get answered or they find someone to help me. I speak a little Spanish but when I need help in English they have someone who translates over the phone. I recommend comming here. You’ll find what you’re looking for and get the answers you need.

I feel like I got rip off, I had reading two time and a cleaning two time and at the end I spend like $640. I feel like they took vantage of my weakness in the situation that I was in at that moment . When I wanted answers and Help. I didnt get the help that I needed someone else help me, And I saw results and she didn’t charge me not even a quarter what these people change me. Do a reading, but don’t do none of there work, There just stealing your money .

It is absolutely worth finding. New Age hippies and casual magicians will not find what they need here. Secreto indeed! Oh, and if you are a patron of Mama you will find a pleasing altar of her surrounded by everything from satchet powders, prayer cards, statues, etc. Their voudon section is rapidly expanding as is their ceremonial magick one, so those who cross pantheons should have a field day! Once they have statues of Hindu, Norse Asian deities, they will be an unstoppable resource and i dont see anything but success in their future. See you soon!
