This is most likely a cell phone repairs store not a computer repair store, but, in a google map search it’s posted as Computer repair shop, it’s misleading Ad if you need a professional IT this is not the one . Please don’t waste your time. The receptionist she’s kinda rude and brushes me off the store. 😡

Ok - I came in with a rare metal luxury phone after consulting with Jessica. I was rejected at TNT Wireless so this was my next bet (they flat out said No and hung up on me. However, Jessica was able to confirm that they could try fixing my phone. She was patient and understanding.I went to the store and handed the phone to Moe, who serviced it (battery replacement). He did his best and I applaud him for trying to fix a rare phone, unlike his competitor who flat out refused in 10 seconds.I might come back to switch to Metro - I was not aware of the free Amazon Prime benefit. I am currently with another provider but I might port soon after talking with my family.

Went in today because my husbands iPhone wasnt charging anymore. Came back later to pick up and was told it only needed a clean up. Nothing needed to be replaced, so I ended up paying less. Very happy with their honesty. They have lots of accessories for your phone and tablet, which I did purchase for my daughter s iPad. Will be coming back for future repairs when needed.

I walked in fully intending to have my iPhone 6plus repaired. I had called earlier today and requested a price of the LCD assembly replacement because I didnt want just the cracked glass replaced. I was quoted $140.00. While there, Sam asked me what kind of phone I had. I told him it was a iPhone6 plus but wasnt sure if it was a SSam said I can find out quickly for youand took my phone. Well, this is when I started loosing all confidence in Samsknowledge & expertise. He first opened my Google Docs app and started opening files. Then he opened my Gmail app. I asked him why are you opening apps that do not have the info you are looking for? He said nothing. He then found the settings app and was sifting through it. Still without finding the info he said he could find quickly. I asked for my phone back and asked him the price of having the LCD replaced. He then said $85.00. I repeated to him that I didnt want just the glass replaced but the LCD assembly. He said $85.00...That was enough for me. I left without him getting my business.First impressions mean everything to me regardless of price.He doesnt know what he is doing and his store is dirty and unkept.Consumers beware...👎🏼

Ive only gone in a couple times but so far so good. My bro recommended this place saying Mo is a no pressure knowledgeable dude & he liked the service. Since then, my daughters & I hv gone in & Mo has been super helpful to all of us on separate occasions. If u r into no pushy sales kind of places then I recommend this place.

If you have as bad luck with phones as I do, this is the place to get it fixed! I had my iPhone screen replaced after dropping it and actually have to go back for the same reason. Everywhere else I called wanted to charge outrageous prices. They have cute phone cases too. Come here first!
