So happy with the Phone Doctor’s service! They came to me and were able to fix my phone in 15 minutes. I am writing this review during quarantine so the phone doctor also took all precautions by wearing a mask keeping a social distance. Very unprofessional. The way I was treated in my situation was very disrespectful. As an owner you are the one to make sure the customer leaves happy not angry.
I would NOT recommend. I spent a lot of money for my phone to be unfixable. As a manager you should NOT say you can fix the phone and after two weeks its unfixable. I had to wait two weeks only for Al (manager) to tell me he will give me my refund when he feels like it.
