I came here today because I needed to begin a prescription tomorrow and our usual military pharmacy has reduced hours due to covid. I was impressed. The manager greeted me as I walked up. I was given helpful service, registering and dropping my prescription off by Rita. I picked up after 20 minutes and was greeted by a pharmacist. Beverly quickly checked me out, and told me the pharmacist would be right over to go over my prescriptions. Kevin the pharmacist then went over all my questions with me,and was very informed on how my medicine functions and its side effects. The low copay was so inexpensive Im going to use them again in the future. The treatment, the knowledge, and the courteous staff our worth the visit. I am very grateful to know we have this option, and I think the pharmacy should be very proud of what a wonderful team they have working for them.

Horrible service. Curbside pickup put you on hold for more than 15 minutes before asking your information. Then they put you on hold again after getting your information. I called the pharmacy customer service directly and it was the worst. I got tired of waiting on the phone and finally decided to hang up.

They made a mistake and quickly fixed it excellent service!

By far the worst Walmart pharmacy! Service is slow and always crowded. If you want to call in an order for pick up, you better place it 3 days before desired pick up date.

Customer service is really rude here. Some employee keeps yelling out pangit (ugly) at me. This place needs to hire new employees that know how to deal with customers.

Poor service, not enough workers, and you have to go search the store for a salesperson. Too many things locked up, that arent nevessary; it makes it take way too long to get your items!

Really rude customer service and they always have issues with my prescriptions. I switched over to CVS, they’re a million times better and friendlier.

Horrible service Many times have they NOT ordered or communicated that they did not have a medication until it was too LATE! They never even gave a courtesy call. Even told me a child common medicine was rare checked with my insurance and it is not! My doctor has advised me to stop using this pharmacy. Run

Its always nice to be able to knock out a stop by having a pharmacy included in a Walmart!

Went to pick up my prescription after being told it would be ready after a couple hours. Two hours before closing I check ans they say its not ready, so I told them Id come back tomorrow and here I am, and that prescription is still not prepared. Horrible experience, very unprofessional and unfriendly the jerk behind the counter just disregards you and makes you wait an endlessly on something that should have been done a long time ago.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I went in line which was too long and waited in line for almost 20 minutes just to pick up my meds and when it was finally my turn. They tell me that one of my meds werent ready and it might take 15 mins so I went back after 15 they tell me that my meds didnt come in they said itll be ready by tomorrow. So i called this afternoon I couldnt get hold of anyone the phone just kept ringing. I called 3 times and the 4th time i called i was put on hold for 12 min so I hung up and called again and of course I was put on hold again. Finally after 4 attempts I got hold of someone and I was irate and I spoke up the guy on the phone had a smart add tone and rudely interrupted me while I was speaking. After all that waste of breath come to find out that my meds were back ordered. So disappointed because that meds I have isnt for pain or antibiotics its my maintenance that I have to take for my heart everyday and Ive been out of my meds for 4 days now. Who wouldnt get upset about that. Being short staff isnt an excuse to neglect people needs . It only take less than 5 minutes to check if my meds is there or not. They lost my business and Im going to take my business somewhere else. Walmart should be shut down. They have the worst..the worst customer service. They should not operate this business. This company sucks.If I can I want to give it a negative 0 star. Or no star at all.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the country. They never have any prescriptions filled on time. I always get the Itll be ready in 15-20 minutes shpeal. Even once you get past the broken English, it seems like no one knows what theyre doing. I wish I could give this a 0 rating.

The service in this pharmacy is so slow. In the drop off alone, each person takes around 15 minutes to finish their drop off, then you have to wait another 1 hour to pick up your medication. There were times when the pickup process took like almost 2 hours already that my wife decided to just pick it up the next day. I am making this review while standing in the drop off line, and Ive been here for almost 50 minutes already.

If I could rate 0 STARZ I would, this by far is the most piss poor customer service I have ever received, staff was rude unhelpful, given wrong wait times and the prescriptions where wrong as well as short.

I have handicap problems, there is no handicap service at service counter, I was going to go shopping, but im hurting to much from standing in line to long.
