I had brought my iPhone 8 Plus to get it fixed cuz my iPhones screen was cracked. They had serviced it and when I came back they told me there was a slight problem, next thing I know they broke my Home Screen, and now my up volume no longer works. They gave me a free glass protector for my phone like that was A fair trade. I honestly will never go back to this place ever again. Most terrible service I’ve ever had. Beware before choosing to come here

Have gone here a couple of times. Every time has been a good experience except for once that I dropped off my phone and when I went back two hours later, the guy I usually go to didnt even know my phone was there to get fixed. I had dropped it off with a female that time, him being on lunch. I had to go back another time to fix my screen. My finger scan button came off and now cant use it to unlock my phone. I understand he did the best he could. Recently went to fix my once again cracked screen, same guy dropped the labor fee to $20. Very pleased with his work. Wouldnt trust anyone else.

Took in my old phone to see if they can look into fixing the charging port so that I could give it to my mom.The manager suggested it may just need cleaning and had an employee pick at it in front of me and pulled out huge wads of lint. Walked around the mall getting quotes for repairing my iphone 6s screen and this location was the cheapest by far. The staff was really helpful, I believe the girls name was Brenda. I even was able to purchase a tempered glass from them, at a very affordable price, and the best part is that the staff installs the screen protector once the phone has been fixed. Definitely coming back!

Honesty is the best policy. I had come here in order to replace the charging port on my iPhone since I believed that it had ceased to function. I dropped it off and they told me to wait about 40 minutes. I came back shortly after and they told me that it ended up being just some lint that was blocking the way of the charger. Ive had this phone for a while so it made sense that this kind of thing would happen. They could have easily replaced it and force me to pay for the part and I would have been none the wiser. I really appreciate the amazing staff for staying try to their customers!

So, it has been a month and my phone still is not ready...when they assured me it would only take 3 business days. Not only did they not deliver in having it ready on time but they somehow managed to lose parts of my phone. I am beyond upset at their service. Went in for a quick fix and still havent got anything. My suggestion, go to another place to get your phone repaired. Save yourself the time and the money.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to. I came into the store and requested that my Samsung s8 phone be unlocked. It has been 2 weeks and they havent received a code for unlocking my phone when it clearly stated 5-7 days on the receipt. Please do not go here they are unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and a waste of time instead go to unlock N Flash in lemon grove, that guy had my phone unlocked in two days for less and knows what he is doing!

By far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced this is coming from a person working in retail I had come to the store in order to obtain a digitizer repair which needed full replacement of the screen as well on a Thursday left my phone was told the part needed to be ordered off eBay would be received no later than Tuesday which is fine due to the holiday delays once I called on Tuesday to see if my phone was ready I spoke to the tech whom apparently is the owner of the store had told me ups had misplaced my package obviously its not their fault due to the holidays I did express the fact I was upset due to the circumstances expressed i felt the pricing for the part was expensive to top it off i had to wait a long period of time to have the ph fixed instead of the tech/owner expressing at least a small dose of sympathy answered with its not our fault the package was lost and your only paying this amount you should of been charged this amount instead and she had told me they were waiting on a call from ups either today or tomorrow I called after work the same day and received an answer from a well customer service savvy employee whom had expressed apologies and told me the tech/owner had canceled the order off eBay and declined working on my phone which is a very coward thing to do next time I suggest the owner takes some customer service training off her employee and speak for herself as an owner and not have her employee take on a task as her personal messenger.....

I had the best time in this shop for real I didnt even go here for me. I came here cause my friend needed to fix his phone cause hes stupid and broke it. So we come in the shop and there was this beautiful woman behind the counter.with this half sleeve and she was super kind Im so angry because she told me her name but I forgot it... Anyways I sat there watching her fix this phone and I was amazed how brilliant she was. And she even let me play with oliver(I came to know him as A to Z mascot) overall great service and even better customer care. And not to mention that girl stole my heart 👍🏼

Waited 45 minutes for my iphone 6 screen to be repaired. It was not done, Josh said he was really sorry and that he could get it done in 30 minutes, like i have 2 hours to just be sitting around? And all you can say is sorry? Just dont go when that guy is around, he looked lost. I took my phone and left, taking it elsewhere

This is my second time in like 3 months to A to Z Wireless. I broke my screen and LCD and had to have it replaced back in April. When I broke my screen again, the only place I could think of was A to Z. Tracy and Danny helped me out both times I came in and are definitely the reason why I came back. Excellent customer service and the repair was done in 30 minutes!

Horrible customer service, I went without my phone for 9 days just for them to tell me they couldnt fix my charger port. I talked to 3 different people who were clueless of the situation, like they all dont work in the same store. Even when I came to pick my phone up, it took 5 people just to find it. They were absolutely horrible and an ABSOLUTE COMPLETE waste of time! If your charger port is broke, DO NOT COME HERE. They will tell you it takes 5-7 business days, WRONG! Just take your phone to your original phone carrier (TMobile, Verizon, etc) they gave me a better deal in a way shorter time. These guys need to be out of business!

First review, more to come. Sunday. I called AZ Bonita store. Received quote of less than $70 for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 cracked glass repair. In store they quoted $80. Ended up my phone was a refurbished replacement provided by cell insurance, due to glue, attachment of a new glass does not work. Told if I replaced the entire screen component, it could be done appropriately. Cost $150.00 + tax. Left the phone, told to come back in 1 hour. Came back in 55 minutes. Store Manager was the tech that repaired my phone. Store employee observed component was improperly fitted into phone, not in all the way, and screen resolution had been affected. Said manager was in break, returning in 15 minutes. Left and returned in 10 minutes. Manager had left for the day. Store employee said she had good news, I could use phone, and bad news, repair needed to be repeated using a new part. Part out of stock, reordered to arrive Wednesday. Manager out of store that date, wound repairThursday. I was given the phone with a case they provided to hold the screen part in place. Called store at 6pm to confirm part arrived, it did, and to come with phone for the repair. Manager left for the day. Not in tomorrow, her day off. Repair can be done until Saturday.

Terrible experience! I was completely profiled from the second I walked in! The employee, who lopked amd smelled to be under the influence, referred to me as. BRUTHA, completely unprofessional! I explained to him that charger was not staying connected to the phone, he told me I had to be smarter than the machine! Then, he claims the store doesnt do refunds when i saw him jand cash to a White person for an opened charger when I walkes in! 11/16/2018.

Id like to start by saying i am not trying to cause any problems with your business.but i do think there are somethings in your warranty that should cancel it, if it was your employee who repaired my phone.so my first incounter in your store  i approached whom i assume is your store manager, Danny. the conversation started off well. i showed him my screen he told me the price.  i asked Danny what would my complete total  come out to with tax included he stated $90.00 i asked him multiple times because i only had $100 in my account. he reassured me it was only $90. i hand the young man my phone and i leave the store. i get half way across the mall its only been 11 minutes top i look at the paper and i see that he has written 90plus tx. i rush back to the store and my phone screen is replaced and he has me rung up @ $98.10, thats not the price i was originally given. and his excuse for the price change was something about national city having a 9% tax rise or something of that sort.now its been a few months down the line and while im using my phone my screen goes black, it still rings i still hear my notifications, just cant see anything.  i take it to the apple store in otay mall to make sure its not the new update and they prove to me that it wasnt and asked have i ever had my phone screen fixed because as she was examining my phone she noticed i had a screw missing for the bottom of my phone and my screen was lifted. she pressed back in and instructed me to take it back to where i had it fixed because theyd charge me a total of $149 to fix a mistake only a professional could make. so before i go to the to your store i went to metro and had them run a test to make sure i had no water damage or any other damages and all the wiring was fine. nothing came up and then asked me the same thing have i had my screen fixed i gave her my answer and she told me to do the same thing.so i return to your store 05/18/18 and i hand him my phone and i  tired to tell him my situation with the phone and i instantly received an attitude and was told that it was my fault that my screen went black and insisted that something had smashed it in my purse but, the phone was in my hand when it went black, when i brought that factor up he offered me to take off $20 and the sells tax.  i stated to him i dont understand why i have to give you another 90 or 70 anything for a mistake he made, because my insurnce would be the ones to fix it if i was the one who damaged it.. then he goes to say well i didnt even have to offer you that anyways youre past your warranty date.i paused because the tone of voice and the comment took me for a loop and i was trying to stay calm... in the mist of me doing so hes going to say well are you going to say something or not, and yes i will admit i lost my temper just a little, i dont take kindly to being disrespect. i let him talk to me rudely and with smart remarks for about 7 mins.i asked him for his name his status and the store number he refused to give me his name, when i asked who was his manager, or superior he and another a girl that works there said it was him he even said that he was your district manager...so probably about 30 mins later my friend took the same phone in and asked him what he thought was wrong, she told him the same thing i told him and he was willing to fix it for her... he marked on the paper that it was srceen and lcd and it turned out it was them both because of the way it was placed... so when she brought it to his attention  he  simply smacked the back of my phone removed the screen and placed the old one back not even correct.

Feeling indifferent about the experience. I dropped off my Asus Zenphone 2 on their store due to a cracked screen (Pictured below, the damage within the red circle is the reason why I brought it in), they told me it would take a week for a shipment of the replacement LCD and it would take less than an hour to fix. Went back after a week, said the shipment they got was defective and they ordered a new one (Thanks for that, +). Wanted to look at the phone, but they DESTROYED the cracked LCD which made it unusable (which shouldnt have been done thinking about it now, -). During that whole time I kept calling them for updates to which they were truthful honest about every single time (+), only they never really called when they said they would (-). Finally, after a 3rd defective LCD (which they said due to water damage and I was never clear how or why it happened), they and I gave up on it. They gave me a refund of what I paid (+) and my phone back with the destroyed original cracked screen (-). Now Im left with a phone thats turning on but no functioning screen, but A+ on the efforts all in all.

I searched online and called many places but many of them said you have to replace phone or you have to spend $55 to get new jack. I decided to buy a new phone and went to bestbuy in Miramesa, the guy at bestbuy told me to go to atoz wireless parkway plaza . I drove 20 miles and went to atoz wireless ..explained the situation, the guy TYLOR with smiling face said dont worry give me 5 minutes its very simple fix, he opened the phone and removed that broken pin within 5 minutes for FREE of charge. Later i ended up buying a good Cellphone case and protector on which they offered me 20% discount. Very knowledgeable technicians. Highly RECOMMENDED PLace !! ATOZ Wireless

I want to speak with the Owner... I ve spoke with the managernamed Danny at the A to Z wireless store located in Plaza Bonita Mall and over the phone he is not at all professional and instead of trying to fix the problem, he argues back. I have been trying to get my phone fixed. I was told it would only take 1 week to fix. I get back a week that on Tuesday, May 8th they said to come back on friday the phone was not ready. I came back friday, May 12th around 11:30. The woman I spoke with stated that it had be deliver to a different store and the manger would be bring it around 12:30pm and that HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD FIX IT. So I called to the store at 12:30 noon to see if my phone was ready. I spoke with a women again she stated that the manger is not go to be there until 3:30 pm. When I Finally recieved my phone. I automatically noticed a different in how my stencil pen did not stay in place anymore. I slips right out. My speaker is blown out. When on a call i can not hang up because the screen goes black and it does not turn back on unless The person on the other line hangs up. Today, May 23 the screen already black out on me again. This is the reason i was trying to get my phone fixed in the first place. I Do Not Think Its right to FALSE ADVERTISE the store is called A to Z Wireless, YET the manger is the only one that know how to fix a LG phone. There is about 5 staff member in that store and only one person can fix a cell phone. I PERSONALLY DO BELIEVE THAT THIS STORE AS GIVEN ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PHONE JUST TO GET ME OUT OF THE STORE THAT DAY.

So I call this place and tell them I have a replacement screen for my galaxy s3 and how much they would charge me to replace it, some girl on the phone said $50. I go in the store and some guy gives me a lundry list of why they wont do it with the screen i brought in which is brand new from amazon, unless I pay $280 to replace the screen with their own stuff it made no sense, he just said the same thing over and over not even attempting to answer my questions. Also they were very unperfessional all the employees were stuffing thier faces with food while working.
