Called them to get a quote after hours expecting to get the answering machine to leave a message. The gentleman that answered asked me what time it was to which I replied 7, he then said they work 9 to 5. I said I was calling to get a quote, at which point he reiterated that they work from 9 to 5. I asked if they were working tomorrow (Saturday) he continued his previous statement by saying 9 to 5 has been the standard in business for a while now. At that point I gave up and said ok and hung up. If youre not working, why are you answering the phone? If youre busy and cant take a message, ask me to call back, dont lecture me about business hours when you answered the phone. They lost my business with one phone call.

I had Best Choice Mirror & Glass Co install a wall of mirrors, and two closets with mirrored doors. This was in 1995. Everything still looks exactly the same. So that should tell you something about the quality. Cant believe someone gave them 1 star because theyre mad at their answering machine, and never even used the service.

I called this guy to get a quote I told him I would pay him to come out I just needed to make sure the door size and out swing clearance would work I have a small bathroom I needed to know this because Im building the shower curb but he rudely kept saying with his heavy accent once the tile is finished he said it over and over the phone conversation lasted 5 minutes tops I never leave bad reviews but this guy has no manners at all or business sense I always go out to jobsites and work with my clients and he needs towork on his English to boot what a jerk!!

Nice guy. Very broken English. He does SHOWER INSTALLS ONLY. Not repair it replacements. FYI.

Very unprofessional. Wasted time asking questions with a foreign robot accent only to say sorry we are closed today. Time is money & complete waste of time!
