Great store but they closed it down

Everytime I go into a lids, the salesmen are always super nice. Never have I had an issue (other than with their online customer service, who recently redeemed themselves). Im usually picking up an online order, and their still always super helpful.

Made a custom hats for my boyfriend and it came out super nice so many compliments a little pricey but super worth it.

Do not ever buy anything from plaza Bonita lids. Bunch of scam artist they refused to refund my money back to my credit card, also refused a gift card as well. I bought a yankee hat that they charged on a gift card for me. They said it would be Ship to there location. Well with that said the item was sold out they failed to tell me that, when I asked for a refund they admitted to throwing the gift card out. I asked for it to be put on another gift card or refunded back to my card they refused. Do not shop with lids.

I am always buying my hats in this place, I always find the ones Im looking for. If you are very special to buy there they can help you. They have all the brands Hurley, under armor, pumma, Nike and one of my favorite volcom. They also have a kit for cleaning.
