Clean area and bathrooms, service is always attentive, helpful, and accurate. Ice cream is yummy. Parking area can be busy depending on time of day though.

Wow. I had to stop in to see if it lived up to the hype and it sure did. Super thick, creamy ice cream unlike anything Ive ever had. Tastes healthy in a way thats hard to describe. Its not sugary like a lot of ice cream and you can taste the cream. The liquid nitrogen seems to more thoroughly harden the final product than traditional methods. Delicious ice cream and an interesting experience. Ill be back to try the dairy free cashew and almond milk ice cream.

This is amazing. As a vegan I often feel left out at ice cream places, but this was incredible. They had both coconut and cashew bases. I had the coconut base with peanut butter flavor and it was delicious. Wish we had one in Seattle!

YAY! FUN NITROGEN Ice cream shop in town! Its a new spot at the plaza by the starbucks and popeyes here in national city, parking is very tight and always busy! This places closes late thankfully at 11pm because it is a busy new shop the ice cream is delightful and very nicely displayed. Have patience with the workers they are working speedy but lots of customer so roughly a 15-20 minute wait and I came on a Thursday at 8pm. Worth the wait though!! So be kind and patient and we will all have a great time! They have alot of vegan and non diary options cakes to go pints to go, endless possibilities! Indoor seating arrangement too! Check your receipt on the bottom there is a 10% off coupon of you come back with it !its a little pricey but quality Ice cream is so ...not a surprise, regardless it was a great experience

The place looks really nice and high tech! There’s constantly cold clouds spilling under the glass of the workstation for a cool show. You can watch as they freeze your ice cream right in front of you! There’s a lot of different flavors to choose from below I chose fruti pebbles, with fruti pebble and mini marshmallow Mix-in and a Reesie’s ice cream with brownie bites and chocolate fudge. Both were really tasty. A small size is perfect for sharing. There is a little bit of a wait time for your ice cream to be made.

I tried this place for the first time. It was an awesome experience. Ill be going back again for sure to experiment some more! ;P

Went here earlier today, ordered a large, they gave me a small. When I politely pointed it out, they said I could have a large if I paid the difference. I asked the employee to look at the receipt showing I purchased a large, but she refused. I later found out it wasnt even my order, she gave me the only other customer in the stores order. I double checked the order with her verbally, she said yes thats what that is. (It wasnt). The girl was dismissive and rude. So glad I tipped 🙄

The ice cream is so smooth! Smoother than gelato, even. Watching them freeze your ice cream right in front of you is a nice bit of flare. Highly recommend, but just know that the smallest size is probably enough. This is a VERY indulgent treat.

The girl with the black and purple hair is super friendly. The shorter girl made my large matcha tea which it tasted like condensed milk. No matcha tea flavor at all and she barley filled it 3/4. It wasn’t worth the $10 I paid.

The ice cream here is amazing! The consistency of the ice cream is something special. Its very thick and makes for an easier time scooping and eating. Theyve got something for everyone. My wife loves creamy ice cream so she goes for the premium base, but Im more of a sorbet guy. The toppings available make for a large number of combinations and possibilities. My go to is the mango sorbet with strawberries on top. Simple but they do it well.

My boyfriend and I were wanting an ice cream treat last night and we discovered Creamistry on google . The pictures is what drove us in ! When we arrived it was pretty slow and they looked like they were getting ready to close i was greeted by everyone in this store ! I appreciate the acknowledgement especially because it was my first time & how young the crew looks . We looked at the menu for a couple of moments and were are lost ! Since we are newbies this young lady sent us to the cashier and he broke everything down for us ! I loved the fact that they have lactose, vegan, and organic options . They are also really friendly and efficient! The ice cream though ? I definitely found my new favorite spot and look forward to coming back in the future . In my opinion pricing is worth it, i rather go here than Baskin Robbins or Coldstone ! Great Job Staff !

Very Good Ice Cream

Okay so honestly their ice cream tastes really good. It is not quick in melting like other ice creams Ive purchased in the past. I do find that some flavors are in fact just too sugary. While others are okay. I do feel like the price point is a bit to high for ice cream. No one should have to purchase ice cream feeling like its to expensive. Overall Location, taste, packaging, customer service is great. Price is not so great.

Ice cream, shakes and ice cream on coffee! Located close to the Plaza Blvd exit on 805 it is easy to get to. Employees were courteous and took time to explain their product. Many choices of ingredients and toppings and the “fog” from the ice cream making is a wonder to see — very science lab feel. Fun and tastes good!

Possibly the BEST ice cream in all of San Diego! Light, creamy ice cream and they make it in front of your own eyes! Make sure to bring a bit of extra money, since its a bit expensive, but worth it! Recommended on a hot sunny day or a perfect ice cream place to bring the family and kids.

Great ice cream! Texture is smooth, much better than regular ice cream. I got the build your own option: coconut base, Thai tea flavor, brownies and almond toppings, nutella syrup, and whipped cream. Yum! This is a place you can over indulge. A little pricey but worth it every once in a while.

The line was to the door so I asked one of the employees thru the pick up area if he could possibly squeeze in an order of the unicorn ice cream(which was delicious btw). They whipped it up quick fast and I told them Ill pay for it once the line was less crazy. When we finished I got up and attempted to pay and the other employee just told me its ok dont worry about it, with a smile. I mean they didnt have to do that but it definitely impressed me how they handled the situation. Thanks again guys :) well be back soon

Im always looking for new ice cream. This place been reviewed hella times, so not much to say here. Its located smack dab in the middle of the Mission, tacquerias galore. Its actually sort of out of place. But the line was still long. They have only a few flavors a day, and usually pretty funky. But in a good way. I had a mocha something, I forget. It was nice and creamy, but a tad too sweet for my taste. Good, but I still prefer Mitchells.

Matcha Green Tea flavor is flavorless. Go somewhere else if youre looking for real Matcha flavor.

Slow line, but fast with getting orders served.Definitely put the Cream in Creamistry for their Ice Cream, but the flavors I tried, especially Tiramisu, was lackluster flavorwise. Base price of Ice Cream is worth it, price of toppings is fair, and $1 for a little syrup is a bit pricey(Starbucks is cheap compared to this). Good choices but lack a few classic ones I like such as Peanut Butter Sauce. Compared to their most similar competitor, Baskin Robbins, I would probably go Baskin Robbins.

Went here last night for the first time and on top of not finishing mine due to taste, overpricing and extremely small portion of toppings, I became sick late last night and it continued to this morning. It was the last thing I ate and the previous meal happened five hours before that ice cream.....so.....my verdict is I got sick from whatever I ate last night. I could smell very stronger cleaner and saw them using it near the counter but didn’t think anything of it....hopefully I wasn’t poisoned. Doesn’t mean I’ll come back again for another try 🤢
