Wholesale is the key word here. lot of their vehicles are priced better than competitors, but in return they have a additional scratch or worn interior. It does not seem they go through the car much mechanically, they replace only what is immediately needed but nothing more. You have to press them to tell you exactly what they did do to the car, to learn it was nothing more than vacuum. Could be a good deal, really depends on how well the car was cared for before they got it.

Got a Ford jeep here for my father all thanks to ANNA help! My family loves to crack jokes and she was very calm and laugh at the jokes not like most people that would be extra serious which will be uncomfortable. Yes these are used cars you cant expect a perfect brand new car. thankfully the jeep I got my dad has no dents or require any major changes of fixes. I purchased a car from here. My very first car! It was a great experience however the car had trouble starting (a year later. To be expected) not a problem. I called the service department to inquire about a diagnostic. The lady Christina informed me that it will be three weeks before they can look at my car. I agreed. Three weeks later I took my car in 9am. Christina then told me that there are cars ahead of mine and that I need to leave my car. ( Thinking in my head for a diagnostic) but I agreed... Around 2pm I heard nothing from them. So I called. I wasnt able to speak to someone until 330. ( Several attempts calling) the woman I spoke to said Service department is on lunch... I immediately called back! ( Annoyed) I finally get Christina she tells me the same thing. My car has not been looked at yet! There are still cars ahead of mine. ( Its now 530pm) no diagnostic! I asked if the car will be looked at the next day. I also expressed the inconvenience. I just wanted a diagnostic. . She tells me that no techs work on Saturdays so my car can be looked at Monday but there are still cars ahead of mine. With my frustrations I decided to pick my car up. When I get there I make a complaint to the manager TJ he apologizes says he will call me the next day. Nothing!So the sales department is great in my eyes... But service department idk just be truthful from beginning.

Finance folks were low pressure, offered extended warranty but did not push it. Everyone was helpful. Can’t say i ever got to experience anything with them. I’ve had to literally leave message after message to get anyone to respond and anytime i have spoken with someone they take my info and say they will call me back the same day and then magically go on vacation for 2 weeks, this has happened twice over the last few weeks. I filled out an online credit app and was told financing would call me, they never did so again i call Them and they pass me off to sales who never called me back. Unfortunately they have 3 vehicles i want in my price range so that’s why i keep trying to work with them. I left a message for a manager yesterday and have yet to hear back. Needless to say, i have taken my business elsewhere. I don’t care how “busy” a dealership is, they should be taking care of every customer who is attempting to work with them. I’ve never ever had such a hard time trying to purchase a vehicle so i am mind blown at their lack of attention to customer service. Day one of working with Wiz auto and Ive already got everything set to pick up my new car tomorrow ! If your looking for a dealership who will take care of you, don’t waste your time with this place. The prices are appealing but If they can’t give you more then that, it’s a waste of your time!

Horrible place would not recommend to anyone they make u pay a deposit upfront and once u give them that tell u your interest rate is 15% and then never return deposit had to do a dispute with credit card company.Not to mention selling the car to another person after taking 2000 dollars from me for a deposit. By far the worst dealership I have come across. I purchased a car that they assured me had no issues so me not knowing much about car signed a contract to pay the car monthly. On the same week I took the car to an auto repair and they did an inspection; the inspector found over five things wrong with the car. After taking the car back to the dealership, they only said they could cover one minor thing out of everything wrong with it. They charge me monthly for insurance and it does not even cover basic things like changing the brakes which is a safety concern. I genuinely do not recommend this place to anyone specially if you are looking to find a safe/reliable car and honest people who will not lie to your face.

Awful experience! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! Bought a $14000 car just to have all the service lights go one NUMBEROUS TIMES! I have brought it back to get fixed 3 times and each time they keep the car for over a week just to get it back and have NOTHING FIXED! Spoke to Christine who wAS EXTREMELY rude!! This is a good place to find a nice car for a decent price. The sales rep, Amy, was right to the point which is how I like it, and the finance manager, James Palmer, was the best. I bought myself a 2019 Hyundai Sonata with only 19k miles for only $14k.The only reason I didn’t give it a five star was because I was expecting to get out of there a bit sooner, but I waited all day until they closed to get the car, and the car’s AC wasn’t working so I had to come back to get it fixed (a lose cap was the problem). Also, their “no refund” policy on the down payment put a lot of undue stress on me while I was sitting there waiting for the finance manager to go over the numbers. I had plenty of time to wonder if I had made a mistake, but was so glad and surprised to have experienced the complete opposite once I met James. I’m one to dislike the whole sales process, so I give him much credit for doing a great job in making me feel at ease. I ended up with a better deal than I expected.Long story short, you’ll pay less because it’s not a super big dealer, they have super great people working here, but you still have to check to make sure your car is working completely, and do yourself a favor and hold off on making the non-refundable down payment until the very end when the papers are in front of you and you know how much you’re gonna pay monthly. Otherwise, you’ll be sitting there all day while they work hard to catch more sales since you’re on the hook already.

If you know what’s good for you, do not, do not, do not go to this place. Spread the word. These are scammers and con artists. They lead you on with a car sale and in our case, we had the car inspected at our own garage. After the inspection, they “agreed” to “fix” the issues. I highly doubted it though. Sure enough from the time that we put that non refundable deposit down to saying the car would be ready the following Friday it wasn’t. Apparently when they were putting a tire back on they broke a sensor. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. We went back and demanded our refund back, to which we are still waiting for, despite the receipt we have for the refund. They are crooks and are not to be trusted.

The dealers at this place just want to get the sale. They will make the car presentable enough that it looks good at first glance, but once you get it home you will have a litany of issues. First, I needed to take the car back as soon as I got home because it did not lock! Neither manually nor with the key FOB. How could they miss that?! Then I took my car in under warranty two weeks after purchase to address a concerning noise and the car was returned to me with the issue fixed. It was not. I also asked for a second general inspection of the car, and they reported that everything was in good condition. Now, a few weeks later, I am dealing with issues that they should have noticed and corrected during those first two checks. Please do not go here!

Had a very bad experience with this place. I was car shopping and specifically asked if the vehicle was in an accident, was told no, only to later take it to a different dealership after purchase (due to warranty) and be told that anyone who took a look inside the car would clearly be able to see it was in an accident. So I ended up purchasing a car with a TON of issues due to an accident after specifically asking about this and being lied to by this company. Not only this but I was quoted a specific price and monthly payments & once I signed the papers and headed to the loan department, the man handling loans told me my monthly payments would be 80+ dollars over what I was told when signing he papers. This company just completely takes advantage and lies, I recommend avoiding at all costs. I am disgusted with my experience and I wish I sued them right after purchasing my vehicle.

I couldn’t give it a 0 star ⭐️ because Google is way too nice and wants to give everyone a chance. Unfortunately this is the worse place to go to- please don’t waste your time and your money. They tell you that they don’t have any vehicles that are ever ready to take same day. You have to wait over a week. They make you sign a form after they ask you for $1,000 deposit that says you can’t get it back if something doesn’t work out. I was already approved for the vehicle but it needed to be “fixed” or shall I say the tired need to be changed and the. Real. “So” Lya said (that’s the. Ame of the Sales rep) I give the deposit to only find out a week later that it wasn’t just brakes and tires. They needed to replace the motor mounts on a 2014 vehicle. Something they should have known- I immediately asked for my refund I didn’t care what the process was. I went to a dealer to get into a safe vehicle not to be lied to about what was wrong with it. It took me going to the place and demanding to speak to someone above the sales rep to tell me what was really wrong. Bottom line don’t go here. Then I had to wait and follow up on the check that they had sitting there but not one phone call to tell me to pick it up. They were quick to take my deposits.

Dan “The Man” Reagan is top notch in the sales department and is brutally honest at every turn which only made the purchasing feel more comfortable. And he looks just like Howie Mandel which adds to the star struck atmosphere. Prices can’t be beat and make make sure you test drive your vehicle and ask for the car fax up front.

Just bought a vehicle from here and within a few days, had to bring it back to get work done on it. Also waited about 2 weeks for registration to finally be able to inspect it and it fails inspection. The struggle it is, from not answering calls to not poor car maintenance to the vehicle. Making appointment with them is hard too because they’re always booked out so once you need to make an appointment, you won’t get service like three weeks later, if not sooner if you’re lucky.

We made the mistake of buying a used Explorer here and it has been nothing but a headache. Multiple issues and the mechanics there are close to incompetent, it has to go in multiple times for each issue. The entire service department seems over their heads as far as knowing how to treat a customer or repair a vehicle.

Bought my Car from then in 2017, A 2014 Honda Accord LX. They gave me a clean Carfax report. Couple if years after when I tried to sell my car the Carfax says it had an Accident months before they sold the car to me.Issues I faced with the Car: Ball joint was almost completely worn out and I had to replace when Honda said they will release car only if I sign a NDA mentioning they are not responsible for any accident and Im driving knowing their warning.The paint on the hood peeled off in 2 years and I had to repaint the entire hood.Issue with brakes, had to replace all the brake pads and rotors within months of purchase.

I don’t like to write reviews but discouraging experience compelled me to share my experience. Spoke with Steve on Friday afternoon who confirmed availability of vehicle, Benz GLC 300, stock # 39179A, arrived at dealership late afternoon on the same day and Alex said that it had been sold and not showing on their list and Alex was questioning that he didn’t understand why Steve told you that it was available? It took me an hr to get there and ruined my Friday evening. Nothing against anyone just wanted to share this disappointing experience.

This car dealership if that is even what you want to call it, is a SHAM! They will sell you a car promising that all issues that you noticed one day after purchasing will be fixed. Not only did you have my car in your shop more than I had possession of it but you jimmy rigged each issue to make it just past my warranty! the level of professionalism in this establishment is so sad! The sales people are eager to sell you anything they can get you to buy but are rude and do not even get me started on the service team they never have answers and the only thing either of them can ever say is Im sorry I understand. They do not understand! Thank God my car ended up getting rear ended and totaled because I could not have lived putting every dollar I earned into fixing a car that was promised to be fixed time and time again! We purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300 for what we thought was a decent deal. My daughter loved this car. There were a few minor issues (so we thought) with the car, which they said they would fix, so we agreed to it. They did not have title yet so we had to wait a few weeks to actually pick it up as this was during COVID. After another few weeks we were finally able to register the car (by mail only); this car would not pass one single inspection in NY as more major repairs were revealed, such as a catalytic converter, a short in the back LED tail light and an upper intake manifold. Subsequent phone calls to the salesperson, then escalated to the sales manager, met with futile results. I am angry that this car dealership took advantage of myself and my daughter.

I was just in earlier today and I absolutely hated the experience. I would first like to note that you can’t browse at cars in the lot (due to them wanting to prevent vandalism) that for me is already a big inconvenience. I decided to look over that. Second of all, the car representative I had was clumsy and came off as a sexist. First thing he did was try to shake my hand (no regard for the fact that we’re in the middle of a pandemic!!!!!) and he spilled water on me. Then he tried to clean it with his mask. I thought I couldn’t have been more appalled. Like sir WHY IS YOUR MASK NOT ON YOUR FACE?!?? He treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about when I have been researching cars for quite some time trying to look for something that is right for me. I have owned cars in the past and I am aware that there are more fees involved aside from the actual ticket price on the car. I’m not an animal or an inexperienced child. This is why women don’t feel comfortable buying cars alone!!! I felt as if I was treated very wrong. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place at all. I could literally scream.

The worst dealer in Connecticut… They gave us the car on empty. Ask the sales man about gas he said we give him the money that he will put gas on it for us. Brake issues with the car. They can’t find the issue. We took the car to get check out. 2 days later car not fixed. How does this dealer have 4 stars is beyond comprehension. I get it we bought a used car. But to get this kind of service is unacceptable… And to try get in touch we then. They lied about frame damage! They are crooks!!!!These people are complete criminals. They showed me a Carfax report that said my vehicle had been into minor accidents. Fast forward 2 years. I go to sell the vehicle on eBay and the Carfax report says four accidents and frame damage! I will tell every single person for the rest of my life whoever will listen to my story dont shop there. I have contacted major news channels etc etc. I have had a lot of vehicles in my life this experience was the absolute worst.

The CV Joint(driver side), damaged frame and the left fender(driver side) are salvage parts. Lol Also, missing abs sensors. Technically, this car didnt have it. Lol Please do yourself a favor. Research!!! I know it lasted long, but do it for your safety because the frame is officially done.Yesterday, I decided to give them a second chance for my new car. The person was nice until I mentioned Im buying it cash. The person got heated(no extra money to extract from me). Anyways, I mention three cars I wanted to see.  2 cars was sold and the last car came from the junkyard. I wanted to laugh so bad once I saw the car. It was bad. I left disappointed.As a web designer, update your car status if the cars is sold. Its not that hard. Some people drive far to see your cars

When entering, both times I went I was left waiting with no direction in the front of thier sales room. After waiting roughly 45 minutes to be seen the first day the sales person left me and my associate sitting at his desk for an additional 45 minutes and upon returning complained about wanting to leave and finished our conversation with a printout. The second time I returned to view a car I had preselected, I waited in the sales room for roughly an hour with little to no interaction from staff, after making it clear I was there to purchase a vehicle. After waiting with no direction or reassurances, I had had enough and left to find a better, better way.
