Terrible store! Absolutely rude staff. I had trouble at the self checkout and I needed help. I got talked down to by a young man like if I was a stupid low life. I took the high road and remained calm and polite but I didnt appreciate the poor treatment I received. Will avoid this store at all cost for now on.
Terrible service from the pharmacy department. Pure rudeness. I had a question about the vaccines and the woman at the counter told me that the vaccines was only given by appointment only. I replied that there web site states that all walk- ins are available but she further stretch her eyes and tells me to apply online that was the way its done at this location. She was unconcerned about any vaccines concerns. Bad service. Im so glad I didnt have any appointments because I no for a fact she doesnt care enough about my arm. Im staying far away from this location.
Horrible! Had appt for vaccination. 100 people waiting and no system. Had a 1245 appt. Here at 1215 and it’s a hot mess. Not sure if I even want to come to this location for second one. No consistency, and I will be contacting corporate! This is disgusting and many people walked out bc of their lack of organization!
Was there today to pick up medication for a family member and was totally displeased with my visit. I went to the drive through which, has two lanes. I was about 5 cars back so from that distance it appeared that the right lane was closed. I, obviously, stayed in line waiting my turn. After about 30 minutes of hardly moving, a car went flying by me on the right up to the automatic thing. When I could, I went over into the right lane to see a sign up near the covered portion on the pickup that said Testing and script pick up to the left and script pick up to the right. ( Mind you, you cannot see that sign until you get up to the covered portion where the window is. ) So, I sat in the wrong line unnecessarily, for just shy of an hour. When I finally got to be next in line, the SUV to the left of me was full of people with all the windows down coughing and spitting out the windows waiting to be Covid tested! This should not be being done at the same place people are picking up their medications!!!! The lanes are not far enough apart to allow for this especially when those people feel the need to have their windows down hacking out them and spitting up and out whatever. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is not safe especially for someone who may have other health issues making them more vulnerable.

Please read through to the customer service comments section: This store’s organized range of all kinds of products for men, women and children (for reasonable costs) is awesome!! I decided I will be doing my Christmas shopping 🛍 there for sure! I also got my flu shot there a few weeks ago: quick, painless, done by professionals..>>> BUT: this shout-out is for the staff: I misplaced my CT Driver’s License at the store today... didn’t realize it until I was home in another town quite a distance away and got a phone call FROM them! (Which required research since my phone number is not on my License!) The Manager, Rehina, had it tucked away safely and her staff seemed as thrilled as I was that I was when I returned to be reunited with my Driver’s License! (It would have cost me $30 for an appointment and a lengthy visit to the DMV which is overbooked - I found out - when I was in panic mode! 🙄🥺😨!)Thank you 🙏🏼 from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Rehina and the concerned staff!! 🥰🥳🤜🏻🙏🏼✍🏼

Finally made the switch to another pharmacy after MONTHS of incompetency at this place. Constantly giving me different generic versions of my prescription regardless of my doctors specific instructions to fill a certain type, countless phone calls back and forth without ever finding solutions, their refusal to call a doctor directly to sort out issues and, instead, forcing the patient to be the middle man. Enough was enough.
Leo Rocks! He’s probably hands down the nicest pharmacist I’ve ever interacted with at any location! My prescription was called into another location and Leo quickly filled it in about 5 minutes. I’m very thankful for Leo’s and Gabriela’s fast work!!!
Well every time that i go there they have literaly e erything although some of the stuff are extremely over priced but its a good store

I’m not happy with the service that I’m getting. Called to fill my prescription for over two weeks. I get no text no calls in letting me know my prescription is ready. I received a from CVS and was told my prescription was ready. I arrived to pick up Just so they tell me that they don’t have my prescription until the 22nd of February!!!!!!!!!
The girl tayler with the curly hair at the register is gorgeous and extremely helpful !!! got my prescription and was in and out in less than 5 minutes . will be returning to this pharmacy for all my scripts
Although the pharmacy is very busy, the staff in the pharmacy department always treat me with respect and make me feel like they really care about me as a customer. They also let me know ahead of time if they are out of stock of any of my medications and call me if they have any issues with my prescription. The pharmacists always go above and beyond to fill my prescriptions when I need them.
The staff is rude, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. They tell me my scripts are filled and they are not. I call with questions and I get rude responses. I will be switching pharmacies secondary to how disgusting the staff is to people.
The pharmacy here has constistently been late filling my prescriptions, leaving it up to me to seek them out to handle it, only to be told that I’m on my own to search other pharmacies for the medication I need. My prescription was on auto refill, and it wasn’t until two days after I was supposed to receive it that they notified me it would be even later! In the past, they were supposed to call my doctor for an urgently needed medication. They never called, leaving me waiting to hear back. It was only after calling the pharmacy again that I finally realized I would have to handle it all myself, being the middle man when all that was needed was a quick call. Very unreliable.
The pharmacy manager is very helpful and extremely professional. She gave me a great recommendation for medicine that worked well
Anna at the cashier counter is extremely rude and unapproachable. When I went to go pick up my pictures she saw me walk up and said what do you need.... how about better customer service and less attitude. This is the closest cvs to my house but I think Ill drive an extra 20 mins to another one with better employees.
Staff needs more training. Rude and disorganized. Kept charging the wrong insurance almost every time I went. I will not be returning.
Only use them when I have to. Always have to wait for hours. Rite Aid takes 20 min with less people. The pharmacist is good but has no experience running the pharmacy.
I had an operation I was in a lot of pain they refused my medication for the simple reason my prescription slip was rip by the office secretary at my doctor office. Instead of calling my doctor they made me drive back I was not supposed to drive an get a new prescription slip ..I was the worst experience ever for me
This place has rapidly gone down hill even the pharmacist seems clueless. The cashiers are clueless and had to be shown how to use the system. They also apparently send text messages for prescriptions that dont exist.
I dont understand why this location closes the pharmacy so early on Saturdays. I am used to a 24 hr CVS where I used to live. A person like myself who does not work in town and work long hours this location is pretty much useless. If the store close at 10p why not close pharmacy at 8p. Smh

Nothing every single time Ive used CVS I hand over my percriptions or even my boyfriends or my parents they check everything & say your all set come back in an hour OR LONGER SOMETIMES & then I go all the way back & they say SORRY WERE OUT OF THIS MED & THAT MED & HAVE HALF OF THIS ONE wellll isnt that why you ask for our phone #?!??! & you cant tell me that when your checking all the info at first??? if its not that its always another issue Ive never had a smooth drop off pick up experience or even when my dr called in my antibiotics aboutt a month ago. ..DONE WITH CVS.
Waiting times and long lines, the pharmacy and front. The main woman at drop off is so rude, and clueless never able to answer questions. I asked for her name on the phone and she made one up, when I try to look she stays as far away as possible.So my doctor sends in my refill on Monday and its due Friday, but instead of ordering it any one of those days, but its ordered on Friday and they always let me know they dont get deliveries on the weekend. Thanks for that information.
Clueless & extremely rude !!! Plus, they’ll tell you 15 minutes, you come back in 20 and here I am STILL waiting it’s been 45 mins !!!!!!!!PS. The drive up window has been broken for almost a month and it’s very inconvenient & painful for disabled people and or elderly !!
The people that work at Naugatuck cvs pharmacy are VERY rude and unprofessional.
This place is horrible, I have had nothing but trouble, my scripts are always on special order one person says there back ordered to find out you could get it over the counter the whole time, some very rude people work there, not all, but some, will be taking my business to Rite Aide

Be extremely careful when patronizing this place. They recklessly decided to not refill a meditation my doctor called in for me,” Lisa” told me that the doctor changed it. I found that out to be a lie. I then spoke with someone named, “Karissa” when she was confronted with the fact that they lied to me they decided to change their story telling me another lie. I may be blue collar but, I am not ignorant and I am offended that they would even try that with anyone. Their lies and unprofessional behavior had caused needless pain and suffering. I am writing this so hopefully they will educate themselves before someone else suffers or even worse when they kill someone! Then try to lie about that.
This pharmacy has been my go to for years. But recently they have been dreadfully lacking in efficiency, organization, and diplomacy. I dont think its because of Covid since other pharmacies dont exhibit the same issues. The attitude over the phone has been antagonistic and the billing seriously off even when you directly tell them the situation they ignore you regardless. I was recently charged for items I never received over $102.00 in pre-operative meds that I wasnt going to use. My doctor ordered it then changed my scheduled date to two months ahead so I told them I was not taking the prep. It would likely expire anyway. They still charged my account and never gave me the item because I told them I wasnt using it. Now because I cant get anywhere over the phone I must go in person to straighten this issue out. And they need to give me back my money! Also, they say they can credit you for the Rx discount but you have to wait another twenty minutes for it to process!!!! And, just forget it if you have medicare or medicaid they seem like complete idiots with the billing. As far as the vaccines go; the medical personnel they hire to administer injections injured me and my daughter due to their inability to give the injection properly I even was told by my doctors nurse that a lot of patients complained about getting their injections in their shoulder instead of the deltoid muscle as its supposed to be. OMG, avoid this place! There are plenty of other pharmacies who know what their doing instead of going here. I will repost to see if they reimburse me and let people know how they resolve issues.
