I had an amazing experience dealing with the Vita family, I say family because I have never dealt with a team so in tune with each other all moving towards the same goal of satisfying the needs of their customer. Even though our world is in turmoil, they made everything so safe and easy and were so professional, not to mention the extra lengths they went too, to make sure I was happy with the stone I chose. I highly recommend them and will defiantly be using them for my future projects. Really nice to know there are decent God fearing companies out their with high standards and love for their neighbors.

Excellent job by Vita installing our new granite countertop and sink. Expert workmanship and the installers were polite and friendly. Not a speck of dust left, they worked fast and cleaned up after the job was completed. Package pricing is excellent. Quality materials.

** update. I got an email back from Kamilla. I made my appt and was very pleased with their service. She explained they were short staffed and doing their best to respond to their messages. Email is best! I will schedule our service soon.I have been calling for weeks to make an appt and not a single call back. I have sent them at least 3 different people for business and they had a great offer and had a positive experience, so I thought I would def use them for my counter replacement too. I had set up an appt but due to an urgent work meeting I couldnt make it . The lady left me a message stating its fine and we can reschedule-that was 5 weeks ago. I wanted my counters done soon. So I left, wishful thinking, 3 other messages explaining that I missed an appt, I have been trying to get another and NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK!?

My mother Lisa got a new countertop and sink installed by Vita and she absolutely loves it! They were easy to work with from start to finish and very professional. I will be using them when upgrading our kitchen!

The quote from Vita was the best, very reasonable prices. All the employees I communicated with were kind and knowledgeable. I needed everything done within two weeks and they made it happen. We had a great experience with Vita! The work was exceptional and reasonably priced. The installation went quickly and they even added extra supports around my cabinets to help support the granite. Havent had anything installed but their service was great, and sales staff really helpful and friendly. I was looking for a product they didnt have which was the only reason I went elsewhere. Their pricing is great.

We had 4 pieces of beautiful granite installed in our kitchen. An 11 foot countertop with a sink and a 2 foot el on one side. The seam between the two pieces was put in an inconspicuous spot and is hardly noticeable. The other two pieces are small and went on each side of the stove. The installers are professionals, friendly, courteous and neat. We had a few minor issues. Kamilla set the appointment on my next day off, first thing in the morning. The issues were addressed with the same friendly and courteous professionalism. I couldnt be happier.

My family has used Vita for their countertops in the past and when it was my turn I followed the pattern. I couldnt have been happier.The staff makes the process easy. I walked it, showed my sketch with measurements, picked a color and style, they gave me dates, and off I went.When the install date came, they were on time and make it look too easy.These guys know what theyre doing, would suggest them for your granite needs any day.

We had our countertops installed last week. They look beautiful. We had the best experience with Vida granite from the very first time we met with them. They are very professional, precise and efficient. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. They cleaned up everything when they were done and they were in and out under two hours. We utilized their package deal and everything about it was fantastic! We selected a beautiful white quartz counter and a new sink. They were on time for both the template and install appointments and cleaned up completely. The installers also pointed out that our sink shut off valves didnt shut off completely, which prevented a major water problem in our basement. We highly recommend them!

I am sooooo impressed with Vita. From my first visit with Kamilla to the installation of my countertops this morning, the level of service overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. They are extremely professional and were on time for each appointment. Everything was documented for my review. There were no surprises. My countertops are absolutely gorgeous!!!! I would definitely use Vita again and HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!! Thank you Kamilla and all the staff!!! You guys are amazing!!!!

My husband and I are very pleased and happy with our beautiful counter for our family room from Vita. While the entire process was stress free the only issue we had was requesting the 12 or 3 time slot for installation due to getting someone to be here for it since we both work full time. We couldn’t get either and ended up with an 8:00 am installation which was the most inconvenient for us and to make matters worse the installment crew were 45 mins late and never gave us the courtesy of a call. I even specifically called Vita back 2 days prior after their confirmation call to make sure the crew wouldn’t be late for an 8:00 appt and was guaranteed other than maybe some traffic for 5-10 mins or a call otherwise they would be at my home for 8 am. While they did apologize for being so late, 10-15 mins late is understandable and acceptable of an apology but 45 with no call is just unacceptable as the customers time is just as significant and important as the business. Vita has in their contract all these additional fees if you’re not prepared for the day the template is made or for installation so perhaps they should add to their 8:00 slot if their crew is more than 10-15 mins late then they also refund $150 to make sure their crew is punctual. While I left a message for Vita on this matter yesterday I never heard back about this particular issue leaving a bad taste in my mouth that the customers time doesn’t matter. My husband had to mention it a second time to Richard in a call again today because he had to call about one minor issue there could be with the clear caulking. While the quality of the counter and the crew were great I can only justify 4 stars because Vita needs to recognize that the customers time is as important as theirs especially when the customer is the one paying for quality, punctuality for guaranteed 100% customer service satisfaction.

Had them install granite and backsplash. The granite came out ok. However the installer for backsplash did a horrible job. Left behind garbage and stained my deck. I had to have another contractor remove the tile and now the drywall to do the job correctly. Vita said they would issue me back the money for the tile. I told them I would stop payment on the last check. They still went ahead and deposited the last check after I told them this. Now they want to charge me $35. You get what you pay for. Very dissapointed

Had a recent horrible experience with this company. Manager was very rude and when I questioned why she needed a 50 % deposit before I even chose the granite she accused me of not being able to afford the service.As a result I ended up going to American Flag and granite in Beacons Fall. The manager there was very informative and accommodating. In addition they have a much wider selection.In my experience Vita Marble was big in attitude and low on inventory.NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
