If you need your vehicle in a timely manner, don’t take it here. Took them over a month to finish a 2 week job & every time we asked for an update they had another excuse. They even refused to let us pick up our car so we could take it to another body shop!!! Terrible business!

WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲💲Terrible experience. The lack of reviews justifies the poor work done to my car. It was under an insurance claim and had to be put back in the shop several times despite the many chances they were given to correct the mistakes. The first time the car was released to me the ABS module was malfuntioning and leaked all of thr brake fluid therefore i had no brakes and was still driving the car for a day, the abs module code was active but i was told it was probably just the computer throwing a false code and ive driven it and didnt notice anything wrong -Dale Humphrey, Terrible paint job, dent in my hood beginning to rust (which the body shop denies doing yet pinned the blame on someone else, but still didnt take any pictures or bother to tell me about it) poor customer service, lack of professionalism, the owner is barely in the shop and is hard to get a hold of. And I will quote him, am I going to have to fix every issue every time you find something new? The issues were not new, I just didnt notice them because he found his way around letting me see the imperfections when he let me check out the car before it was released to me. The paint job was hidden along with the rent because he had the hood of the car up and focused on the finished mechanical work. I did not think to let the hood down assuming there was poor finished body work. Ive filed a small claims lawsuit in hopes to get back what it will cost to fix the unfinished work. I highly recommend Bradleys collision, they were the ones who did the diagnostics on my vehicle after it was deemed a finished job. A worker at Bradleys told me he couldnt believe I was told the car was drivable. Mind you, this was only a day before I was supposed to take a 9 hour trip to Alabama the next morning but Dale was still alright with me taking off in the car. Bradleys collision claimed the car should have been totaled which may have been the insurances fault, but I expected the car to be in the condition it was before the wreck. I have a feeling the frame is still bent, but the car drives straight. A used front bumper was replaced on my car and it appears that theyve sawed down the edges to match the frame of the car. Very very very highly unsatisfied. All I see is three word 5 star reviews so I figured Id share my horrible experience at the establishment. Not sure of the name of the little guy working in the shop but hes about the only other one that speaks English, he also backed up Dale when I was told the rent didnt come from them and that it was, in fact, the tow truck driver who Jammed the hood against the body of the car to create the rent, yet the boneheads couldnt use common sense to realize they just screwed themselves over by openly admitting they did nothing to fox the problem or at least let me know it happened. Sounds like pure laziness or just the fact that they care very little about customer satisfaction. I could go on forever about other things Ive witnessed but Im beginning to feel embarrassed for them for how many issues Ive had with them. Please take this all into consideration when considering using this body shop.
