If had several expierences dating back to 2015 . I only take my cars to the dealer because I don’t want to loose the warranty . But they always find an excuse on why they take forever . Back in 2015 my car was stolen and they insure covered was the change of locks and it took 4 MONTHS but at least they where very nice . Back to the point today On called to check up on my moms truck . I called because she is a Spanish speaker . The lady at the collision center was so rude . I just wanted to know why the collision center promises it will be ready on one day and know I have to wait a whole week after the fact. I understand parts and labor are hard to go by right know but no need to be rude .
