A horrible place, I went in at his past Monday and the line was long with both cashiers there at both registers, I waited 8 minutes to be checked out. Once it became my turn the cashier that I got was very rude to me, her name is Sarah, I would never go back to this place ever again and it’s so trashy there anyway boxes everywhere things are all over the ground I wish I can give this place 0 stars I’m not sure why this place is still open anyway wouldn’t recommend going there anymore the family dollar in port author is way cleaner and nicer then this one you won’t have my service anymore

This is my go-to store.. I go to Family Dollar in Nederland every single day .. Ive never had a bad experience here.. Ms Kathy, Bethany,& Sarah always have the shelves stocked and the store is always clean.. These ladies work their tails off ... I think they should be recognized for their hard work! Way to go Ladies.. You are appreciated.. I look forward to seeing you everyday!

They need to make sure that there food products is up to date. I had to throw some stuff out that I had bought that was expired.

I enjoyed my visit and was able to find everything I needed. Everyone was very helpful.

They are so unorganized. There is stuff laying all over the place. Carts full of things in the way of where you are going. My friend is in a wheelchair and probably won’t be able to get around in that place. They are disrespectful to there customer’s. I saw that they made of there employees cry when I went into there a few months ago. They treat there customers like they are worth nothing. Nobody go to the Nederland family dollar on Nederland avenue! I wish I can just shut them down myself, so please don’t go and continue to buy from there. Please!!

The store Manager Mrs.kathy was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I called to ask a question about the return policy..She hung up the phone on me..When I called directly back, she stated she was busy, and didnt know the refund policy.I asked for her store# and she hung up again.. Frustrated I reached out to her District Mgr. Olivia who was excellent and willing to assist me. I have reported Mrs. Kathy to Corporate office to make them aware of how her behavior is a reflection of the company and unacceptable!!!!

Good Customer Service! Nederland Store is always well stocked, very neat and have items you can not find no where else.

They were closed. All the lights were on so not sure why.

So went there yesterday and had my daughter go in for me to add money on PayPal. The cashier Tonya kept giving my daughter messed up looks, was very rude to her then had the nerve to ask her if she even had the cash to add to the account. She was talking on her cell phone to somebody with her Bluetooth ear piece, very disrespectful and unprofessional. Then she tells my daughter to stand to the side while someone else comes to help and she takes care of the next customer in line. As my daughter is standing there waiting Tonya asks the people on the phone if they ever added money to PayPal and the lady who was behind my daughter, now being taken care of said “no” thinking she was talking to her and she told the woman, “I’m taking on the phone not to you” then she tells my daughter she can’t add the money that she’d have to go somewhere else.

Nice store, great layout, good products, tidy, and good employees.
