Id bought some speakers for my Ram they didnt work as they should with my amp ., Chris exchanged them with no problem, it took alittle bit trying to find the right application that i needed, the sales guy and one of the installers helped out alot trying to find the right speaker for the amp i had, after quite a few minutes they found the right ones and they sound great . I have used The Audio Edge for several years now. They have done 10+ vehicles for me. Several of my family and friends have used them also with excellent service and very satisfied with them. Reading some of the reviews and it makes me laugh. Yes, if you bring them something already wired up from someone else and want them to finish it they probably will charge more than you think its worth but its because they are liable if something happens when they hook it up. Yes, you might pay a little more with them compared to the guy down the street but if something were to happen to your vehicle at Audio Edge then its covered and will be taken care of but the shop down the road has no insurance to cover all your stuff. I would much rather pay a little more and know that Im getting quality work and that my vehicle would be covered if something ever happened while it was at a shop getting work done. If you ever have a problem with any of the work done afterwards you can go talk to them like a human and they will try to get the issue resolved. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that wants custom audio in their vehicles. I will continue to use them for all my audio needs.

Seriously, Do not go here.Nice store, nice owner, quality build materials, similar product price as other places.The salesman Doug over sold what they could actually do and said yes to everything I asked about without even looking at the car.But when it came down to it the quality was seriously lacking from box to wiring considering the steep price they charge.refunded me cost of the box but not the new sub or the poor wiring that has to be redone.

I would have given 4 but they cracked my facing around my radio that they installed and didnt say anything to me about it. When i was paying for my radio, i seen the technician come in and said something to the guy that was taking my money and he quickly gave the guy my keys. But i didnt think anything of it till i was halfway home. Its not the fact that they broke it, its just the right thing to do is be honest to your customers when they bring you business no matter how old or new the vehicle is. Shame on you guys.

Had them install subs and amp that I purchased through skar audio. The installer wired one of my subs up wrong. 3 days later sub is smoked. The installer told me to get in contact with skar and try to get it replaced Will never do business there again

Good looking store but stupidly high prices. I ordered my dvd head unit, door speakers, and powered sub all for around $300 (got great deals). Audio edge wanted 690 plus tax to just install it. I laughed and left Javiers Car Audio did it for $320 flat. I forgot to mention I was having to buy head unit and sub wiring harnesses from either place for the install. Never go to audio edge unless you have more money than you know what to do with.

Chris (the salesman) really new his stuff. Told me all the deals and prices down to the penny. He told me what they specialize in as far as brands. He put me at ease of informing me of the credentials of his installers. And telling me the different payment types.it was a good experience. But I only have one grievance. I didnt get to hear how it might sound in my vehicle. But I took his word and put it on layaway because I wasnt in a rush to buy it.
