Had some vinyl made. They sized it wrong and installed it horribly. Had to pay up front for the work, and they would not refund or fix the items. Will NEVER recommend or ever go back. Horrible customer service. The young lady that waited on us was helpful and tried to fix things, but the lady from the back didnt let her and was very rude.

Poor customer service. Unless you know EXACTLY what you want, the employee does not know or offer any helpful suggestions. Very unenthusiastic and not knowledgeable of stores products

Love this company...before my Black Friday order...I ordered some starter kits...because of Betsy...I added to my crafting hobbies...my orders came in fine...one had a couple of things missing...but once I emailed Betsy...within days...my order was complete...on Black Friday...I stayed up and ordered some things...in hopes to be in the top 100...it wasn’t an easy task...but I made it! It took a while for my order to come in...but I took into consideration the time of year...and the fact that they aren’t a major corporation...and I wasn’t the only one ordering from them...Betsy took the time to explain any and all delays...and all was well with the universe...once my order made it in...I made the 100...and got some beautiful vinyl for free...which in costs alone...made my order super cheap...thanks, Betsy and family...for all you do...and opening my horizons to a new hobby...love your videos...can’t wait to see more...

I just love Betsy from cutting corners. I learn so much from her videos, step by step instructions. I will continue to watcher her videos. I’m making tee shirts for myself right now. Just love what I can do with the cricut and easy press. Would love to learn how to layer. Thank you Betsy.Elizabeth

Me and my husband visited there about 4 months ago. Its a nice shop. They have vinyl, tshirts and different things you can apply vinyl to. The lady we met was very friendly. We asked her different things about having a custom tshirt business because we were fixing to start our own. She stood there and answered every question we had. She also gave us some ideas.

I placed order on July 25, 2020 and it is now August 10th and still have not received it.

Incredibly unsatisfied with this company and their “customer care”. I placed an order on Black Friday that still hasn’t been received! Almost a month later! For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get in contact with someone about this. First email sent no response whatsoever. Second email response said “this is the first email we’ve received” so I sent the screenshot of the first email because quite apparently their way of service is “treat everyone poorly, we’ve already gotten their money so who cares!”. Then my emails were ushered over to the “Owner” Mary Gotcher who is the worst of them all!I have been a LONG time subscriber to Betsy’s YouTube channel and a Patreon supporter each month. Patreon supporter that never used any of their files... I just wanted to contribute. I truly enjoyed watching Betsy’s channel evolve into what it is now. But I refuse to support a company that steals from people and ignores them for days/weeks! This was the first and LAST purchase I will ever make and I’ll be sure to spread my experience thoroughly.This is wrong and people shouldn’t be taken advantage of the way this company obviously used to doing.I still haven’t received my products, I’ve sent multiple emails and have received nothing but generic responses. They have refused to help IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! I’ve known government workers to be more courteous than these people. You should be ashamed! Stealing from people at Christmas. Despicable!
