After picking our granite 3 weeks ago it was suppose to be on hold . Yesterday we find out the lady that placed the hold no longer works there. Also they shipped a lot of slabs to a new location in South Texas and the slabs on hold for us was shipped out . They couldn’t get it back and seemed to care less if we found another granite we liked . Very unprofessional! Lacking customer service skills !!

Good selection but the lady at the desk was not very helpful or friendly.

Poor customer service...we were basically kicked out while looking at slabs outside...it was 1:55 pm and website shows they are open until 3...employee said they were closing and could come back on Monday...we will NOT be going back!
