Kind folks, brought my zero turn in for a problem I couldn’t figure out how to resolve myself. Fast work, but also great work, explained what was wrong and save me a bigger bill in the long run. Hopefully no more problems with my mower, but if I do I’ll bring it back to them!

This will be the third time Ive been to Fred Millers Lawn Mower company and I have not ad a bad experience up there yet... I am disabled and every time Ive taken my lawn mower up there there are more than happy to help me get my lawn mower out of my truck I use a piece of plywood to get it into the back of my truck to take it over there if any of yall are wondering anyways they dont try to sell you anything and 100% professional in my book
Droped my mower and blower off last Monday. Asked the guy if they would get back to me that day or in a few days with an estimate and was told it might be next week.Called Wednesday to check and was told mower was done but not blower. I was never contacted and told what was wrong with them and, was not given an estimate for price of repair, they just went ahead and did the work with no regard to wether I wanted to pay that much money (which turned out be half the price of each item brand new) or bring it somewhere else or whatever. I was not given an option and I see this as bad business. When I asked why I was not contacted with an estimate first they responded that they dont do that because they dont have TIME to do that. What a load of bull. It takes 5 minutes to call someone to give them an estimate. Car mechanics do it every day. I was then questioned on where I worked and I point to my shirt and say here but why does that matter and was told to go start my own business. Would be a 1 star but they are fixed and running fine so Ill give them 2 stars. BE AWARE THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GIVE ESTIMATES BEFORE REPAIRS.

I gave them a bad review at first but it wasnt their fault it was the Toro mower itself. I have brought the zero turn back to them five times in the first year and they have been great. I feel bad giving a bad review at first. The mower has a bad design flaw. (Its the stamped deck with the steering wheel) When ever I mow uneven ground the deck safety feature drops the deck and I have to bring it back to Fred Millers to reattached the deck.They have worked on it several times and contacted the Toro rep. trying to find a solution. They have been great.
Worst dealership ever I have called them for like 3 weeks already because my push mower hasn’t been working and I think they block my number
