I haven been waiting over 5 months for my chainsaw, I understand the hurricane but come on now this is way to long. I call and leave messages but never hear anything back. Getting very aggravated.

Very knowledgeable. He can answer many small repair problem questions. Has always been fair with service, prices and repairs. Have been to him many times over the years.

Have 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give zero. Brought Stihl chainsaw for tune up and repair shaft on Troy Built weed eater. Only Troy Built repair person in the area. Never called me back to come get either one. 4 months later I went and physically took my stuff back in worse condition than they started. Don’t take anything there!!!!!

If i can give him a zero i would...... My lawnmower was picked up on August 2017 before the hurricane as per the service warranty. During the times it has been in his possession he has given me excuse behind excuse. He has kept it so long the warranty company informed to report it stolen because they could not reach him. Finally on March 2018 my husband called and said if he didnt bring it by the next day he will involve the law. Brought it back the next morning worst than before, he left it outside for so long the color is faded and it doesnt even turn on.
