I have been having body work done on my cars by Donna D. for more than 10 years. I followed her and her staff from Village Collision in Brookline to Muzi Motors. Her crews work is impeccable and second to none. She is extremely professional and I would recommend her for any auto body project you may have.

Not sure all of the 5 stars rating on here are fake Or not but man, this body shop is the worst place I have even experienced in my life, never left any review but I have to In this situation. My car got hit on the 4th of January, since I lived near by, I got them and check the availability, the guy Frank picked up and I got my car dropped of on the 8th, that day I asked frank to do a walk through and check the car but he ignore and said I should leave. I gave them over a month to get it done. The communication was the worst, they never answer the phone, not responsive, when I try to ask for help with the rental, they told me to go deal it myself, frank was rude, unprofessional and irresponsible When I try to call and ask for the progress he told me” the call done whenever it done” muiltiple times. What an unprofessional business. The worst part was they didn’t fix my car properly, they made up stuff and charged the insurance company over 8K and left a lot of things undone, there were major part that they didn’t notice the insurance so that it would be under total damage so they could have my car.. now I’m in California and have still to go through this process to get my car fix. Donna is the manager, she seemed like a nice person but also very not responsive never answer my call, I talked to her about the issues immediately when I left the shop with my car, she told the insurance that it was the bearing wear and tear problem so they could be off the hook but when I have my car inspected here at a different shop it was a major problem from the accident that they ignored and didn’t reported. The whole process was painful, I’m still dealing with it after 3 months, I hope whoever in charge of this place take this message seriously because that’s def not how you do business. If I had the time I would sue these guys and make sure they won’t do that again to other customer. I’m not recommending you to come here, please go find some local experienced guys that do much better job, treat you better and save your time and effort

Best Body Shop in Needhem. I have a BMW X6 and I assidentially hit the back trunk. I called Matthew from the body shop and I was able to send in my car right away. The customer service and the repair quality is definitely worth every penny. Considering I’m a student, Matthew and Frank tried their best to lower the cost. Strong recommend !!!!I just sent in my car for changing the back bumper. This is paid through insurance. The car came out perfect: well done and all clean up. Second time coming, still satisfy with the service and work.

The best collision center in Needham! Jared and the Muzi Collision center were awesome. I never had to call in to hound them because they kept me up to date the entire way. I highly recommend their body shop to anyone in Massachusetts!
