I drove from North Kingstown, RI to this location (64 miles) just to get my vehicle TNC inspection and it was the fastest and most effective service I had in a long time.

Great Service center. I take both cars to the service center and the guys do a great job. Henry is a great mechanic and Jack, the owner, is a stand up guy. Very honest and reasonable. Did great job on my cars and saved me significant amount of money vs what the dealership wanted for the same repairs. Jack will also inform you about any unnecessary repairs that the dealership sometimes pushes for just to add to your bill.

I brought my car here for the first time. Even though they didnt find an issue, they gave me suggestions and I could tell they actually cared. I was expecting to be charged a service fee for their time, but they didnt charge me at all! Very honest and nice.

Got gas there. Wasnt from the meal they served so its a good thing

I ran out of gas less than a mile away (I know that is my own dumb fault).So I Went to The Needham Service Center and asked for a gas can to borrow. Nope. The attendant instead charged me $23 for a $7 gas can, then charged me for the gas (This part of course did not bother me). That being said, being ripped off by a gas station in my own town put me off, especially during a frustrating moment like this. Needless to say I will not be here any time soon. Nice to know when you are in need the Needham service center is ready to make a quick buck.
