I would like to commend Jordan for his outstanding service. He was communicative and responsive to our situation. We have been dealing with Fios equipment and other issues. Jordan is by far the best Verizon employee we have dealt with in the past few weeks.
My husband and I were at this location today to purchase 3 phones. We had met the best rep ever. Her name is Kristen. She worked the magic for us! She has so much attention to details from getting all the promotion deals we could get, to writing down the numbers for the the first 3 months of bill, and to getting all the dusts and finger prints out of the new phone before putting the screen protection on… you name it. If you ever need a phone, go check out this store and ask for Kristen! She makes your life easy!
Been here twice now out of necessity so slow. Today, one person working on a sat morning. 45 min wait and people being asked to wait in line on sidewalk. I’m just trying to pick up gear already shipped here. Staff is nice though
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Jordan was thorough and found the exact phone I wanted. We have purchased 2 phones from R wireless. I purchased an iPad also which is on order.
Cant praise this place enough! The staff was way more helpful than the standard Verizon stores and made the process of getting a new phone prompt and painless.

Needed a USB-C charger. Associate was friendly and helpful. Store seemed to have a larger selection of apple products than android but I got exactly what I needed.
Absolutely the worst. I was told my equipment was there. Showed up, everything from my house for an upgrade and they had nothing! What a joke, shame on you Verizon, the people will catch on to you
I ordered a new phone to be shipped to the Needham store, but after going there today I saw the notice posted that the store is temporarily closed. Should I just reorder and pick a different store or is the store expected to reopen on Friday or some time in the next few days ?P.S: Not exactly a review exactly but I see that the owner is pretty good at responding back here. Also I was there 2 weeks ago to pick up my wife’s phone and it was the fastest Verizon store experience ever.
Chaotic; not clear where to return fios equipment; no one answers the phone; had to package up all the equipment in a large plastic bag; no immediate receipt for returned merchandise. Verizon more interested in cell phone customers
Tony was FANTASTIC. He made buying my wifes iPhone incredibly easy and efficient. He put it aside from Christmas, and when I walked in asked if it was me and had it ready to go. Great customer service!
So I stroll into the bro dome anxious as hell hands trembling, looking for a new phone and a new carrier and Yamoose (I think that is his name) and Major Allywag came to the rescue and saved the day! Even though I live life on my own they signed me up on my first plan ever and now I’m bussin so thank you verizon for hiring competent employees that understand that first times can be scary but not impossible.
Ive been handling the majority of my transactions here since they opened. Ive bought new phones, changed account info and replaced screen protectors. There was never a problem and found that the service representatives have always been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I brought in my OLD broken Gallaxy S4 & my new Galaxy S10e. Alex was so patient & amazing! He spent hours fixing & loading data from my old phone to the new one.I was there the week before and Yamil said my new phone wasnt compatible and I should return it...🙄 Make sure you have a skilled technician.
I just want to say that my interaction with Jake and the other staff at this store was outstanding. I had to purchase an iPhone for my wife for Christmas. It was a surprise so after the holidays I had to go back and get it activated, etc. Jake was patient and answered all my questions. Since there was no one in the store I asked him to take a look at our account. Jake pointed out a few areas where we could save some money. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Any future purchases or questions I will inevitably have on our families phones I will definitely go to this location.
We had a great experience with Jesus. He helped us with two phone upgrades, trade ins, new plans. He was very efficient and attentive even when the store was crowded. We were out of there pretty quickly as well given all the services we needed. Highly recommend.
Found the level of costumer service to be exceptional. They took the time need to do a superior job. We had 2 young children with us and without our asking switched the TV from news to something they would enjoy. Stuff like that ya know!

Jesus was absolutely amazing. He made our bill go down while upgrading a phone and upgrading from a 8 GB data plan to unlimited. He was also super nice and very entertaining throughout the whole process.

Yo this guy/shop here is great. Super efficient and helpful. Other stores would have taken like an hour, I was able to get what I needed done in under 5 mins.
I had the best experience at Needham Verizon. My daughter’s iPhone had a faulty home button and they helped me get it covered by insurance without paying the $150 deductible. They also did the backup download at the store so I didn’t have to do it at home. Amazing!

I had absolutely first class support on June 6, from the store manager Jesus Ferreira. He greeted me as soon as I entered the door, asked me how he could help, and then sat down with me to resolve the challenge between my new Apple Watch 4 and by Xs iPhone. Basically, I couldn’t set up my Apple Watch cell phone account because Verizon did not recognize my ZIP Code. But we didn’t know that was the problem. We looked at every other possible solution, until we came up on that one. It was a simple problem, but it required Jesus to look at any other possible remedies before discovering that Verizon just did not have my local post office zip code. Therefore Verizon wasn’t recognizing my account. Jesus was patient, and the problem was solved. My wireless account now recognizes and can execute phone calls from my Apple Watch. Bravo.I thanked Jesus for his very customer friendly approach to solving what turned out to be an easy problem to fix. But, however easy it was, we had to get there first. He did it efficiently and with a charming manner. Great service!

So rude! I bought a phone in Dedham and the guy was unwilling to even call customer service and just told me to go back to Dedham. Never going back there.
Terrible customer service, walked in store at 10:30am on Wednesday 11/27. One customer in store and one customer service rep was helping him. Customer service rep did not even acknowledge or say anything to me when I walked in nor for the 15 minutes I was standing there. Not a “hello” or “I’ll be with you in a few mins”. I walked out, again not a word.
