I come to this excellent place from time to time because I love the good mood that is unique to this place. The crew is very loving and qualified. The service is exceptionally rapid. Needless to say, the food you get is excellent. I visited many times and I was always satisfied. The expense is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
Im new in this town and I was going to my friends house. As a gift, I was desperately looking for ice cream shop around and I saw Starbucks. Lady in the store helped me a lot and gave some extra information about town. Thank you very much!
I place mobile orders here often. I usually am on a quick break from work so this should be the most efficient. Not at this location. I usually never write reviews but today was the final straw. I placed my order at 2:02 the app said it would be ready by 2:08. I arrived at 2:10 and could see my order ready and waiting. Because of the inefficient pick up method I did not get my nitro brew until 2:21 and it is no longer cold. They had 2 people working the register who disappeared into the back when no customers in line and 2 baristas making drinks and calling an order as they finished but no one manning the mobile orders. It wasnt until I could get one baristas attention that I was able to pick up my order. And now my break is over. This is not the first time this has happened but definitely the most egregious. Please try to get a new mobile order pick up system in place.
Our drinks were great but this location seems to really struggle in the mornings and become far too overwhelmed. It took them 20 minutes to make my drink, and that was only after I asked where it was—if I hadn’t asked, I probably would’ve had another 5+ minutes of waiting. Also, with COVID, the way this location hands out drinks when they’re ready is super inefficient. Names are called aloud at low volume under a muffled mask. Nobody can hear their name being called, which results in everyone crowding around the area where the drinks are ready for pickup, and then nobody is maintaining social distancing as a result. A better system can and should be implemented by now.

Worst Starbucks experience ever!Mad mobile order did not get any ETA.arrived to the store in 10 min, the store was packed with probably 15 -20 people. The store is small so no social distancing, at least everyone wearing the masks (it is Needham after all :)). After waiting 15 min more we still did not received the order,decided to cancel the order, 7 min waiting in line to get refund. To summarize, 30 minutes were wasted and no coffee. So if you have nothing to do on the morning hours, just make the trip to Starbucks:)

Went to this Starbucks for years - high traffic, fast service.. do not let the lines fool you, but do expect to wait a few minutes if the place is full. Dont give me that face, what you want to make the coffee? Maybe just take a seat - they have nice window ledge seating, but yeah the comfy chairs are almost certainly taken, and oh look that older person looks super tired, you should give them the chair instead so they can take a load off. 🔊 solid Starbucks

I’m sitting outside 5:12 on a Monday morning and the employees are just staring out the door not unlocking it. If clearly states that they open at 5 a.m. SO JUST FYI they do not open at 5am
Very busy!!! The line was very long and between mobile orders and in-store customers it was going pretty slow. They could either use faster staff or a better layout.Coffee came out as usual just took about 15 to 20 minutes.
Captain’s Log: star date 42.1. Still in Starbucks after 3 years waiting for my PSL. 32000 mobile orders have come in and seem to be getting their beverages. Hope to see my kids soon.
The service for regular walk-in customers at this location is terrible. I arrived at 11:41 today & placed my order for a cappuccino. There was no one in line. Walked up to the register and ordered. It took 8 minutes to get my drink, and there were 2 barristas working. The female worker churned out about 6 mobile orders while the male worker was walking around aimlessly. After the 8 minutes, when I asked where my drink was, he finally gave it to me. Why are mobile orders preferred over actual in-person customers? Theres no up-sell to a mobile customer, whereas good customer service might prompt an actual in-store customer to buy something else. This is the second time this has happened to me here in the last two months. This Starbucks only wants virtual customers, not real ones.
This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to it is not full of millennials the staff orravan older generation and they pay attention to how the drinks should be made and they are made correctly super friendly very efficient this Starbucks I highly recommend some of the best drinks Ive ever gotten from a Starbucks came from this Starbucks
Was quiet got a table and the coffee was good.
The coffee was pretty awful, service was good though. Wouldve given this place one star but some fine females walked it with crop tops. Made my day. Thank you Starbucks.
This Starbucks wins the I Dont Care award. They take their time doing everything, from taking your order to making your order to cleaning up in the seating area. There seems to be a culture here of we just dont care about you Its not a good Starbucks.
I had to leave today without my ordered and paied large latte after 24 min of waiting. After my careful inquire the barista told me there were a lot of people in front of me (even thow they were serving people who were behind me in the line). I had fo rush and could not wait any longer. I lost 5$ and they lost me as a customer. I am deeply disappointed and strongly do NOT recommend this place.
Cant go wrong with Starbucks; but this was lacking in cleanliness. The floors were dirty with napkins and straw wrappers.The staff was fine, but lacking in communication towards people.
Lines are long at peak hours as usual but the service is competent. The coffee is suitable for the caffeine addicted masses; what more can you ask for? Mobile ordering and payments are a definate plus.
Coffee tastes good, only thing is that its always warm and not hot and I like my coffee hot.Ive had the caramel macchiato both hot and cold. Taste really good. The coconut milk macchiato is also a refreshing flavor.

Fine experience in terms of drinks, but very frustrating in terms of work productivity. Poor internet connectivity - had to ask them to reboot on their end which took time. Then I couldnt access bathroom - both were locked and staff didnt have keys. Will not visit there again.

Little dirty from time to time (straw wrappers on the floor, empty cream containers, etc) but its a fairly high volume local, so I could be hitting it after rush time. The servers are usually very friendly.

Typically too busy during the day for me to stop, but come in the evening and I can get a seat and quite a bit larger than the next closest in Newton to me. This is the only Starbucks in the entire town of Needham! Very friendly folks working here most of the time. Open later than Newton next closest. Until 9PM.

Starbucks is always a Starbucks. High level.Always a lot of people. Always tasty and always very good coffee. If you use a smartphone and make an order through the application, then the order will be made while you are on the road, and waiting in the queue is not required. Coffee is a delicious taste. There is no sugar and skim milk.
