Updated review (19/9/20): Standard of dessert has nosedived! The black sesame paste was more sandy in texture than pasty smooth. See photo. Lets not go over to the sugary aspect. The Double Skin Milks texture was not as soft as we first tried. Disappointed.7 Months Ago: Although this is a $$ dessert cafe, I quite like its cosiness and unique menu. A comfortable place to hang around with friends (no, you dont have to shout :)) until 12am! So, if you have no where else to go after 10, and youre an owl, drop in.

Seriously, I am not sure what I am eating.The dessert tasteless, and like medicine while the snow iced portion is small although it charge 8.9 to 9.9 which I found it not value for money.I would not come again even they plan to move to Damansara uptown. I believe if they are not improving the food, it still continue plan to fail...

Tong Sui shop located above a steamboat joint. Service here is slow as molasses. Two service staff serving two tables, and the tong sui could only come out one by one. Basically you might have to wait for half an hour to get your dessert. The peach resin doesnt have much stuff in it (RM15.90), Tang yuan is ok (RM3.90 + RM3.90). At least both are piping hot. Affogato (RM7.90) is not recommended. Quiet place.

We ordered crème brulé and double-skin milk. Crème brulé was good, soft and creamy custard with crispy sweet caramelized top. Double-skinned milk was a drawback. It tasted like cream cheese, too thick, not smooth at all. They serve noodles too. I had fresh pork slices spicy noodles, it was quite spicy. I was disappointed by the soup as it was monotonous. Spicy and salty. Pork slices are fresh. Nice place to hang out.

Have to go into hotpot restaurant and then walk up to first floor. Generally a clean place. Desserts taste so-so. Waitress are too young to handle customers request and dont have service manners. Reuse the serving trays without wiping/ cleaning them.

Nice environment and quiet place.The dessert nice and suitable for friend and couple .

Very poor service ! Staff is rude .. wrong serve food and waiting time is very slow.. they didn inform us the dessert and mee have to separate order .. I order dessert with the mee.. but they serve me add on additional of beef ball which is not in my order list ..very terrible service

Ok to be fair I only had the chocolate lava cake and found it really sinful - which is a good thing and will definitely come back if I had the cravings. Was okay with the froyo but it wasnt as nice as llaollao because the choco wasnt real chocolate. Mango pomelo sago was better than most places as they did not skim on the ingredients.

The environment is nice to chill. And you can noticed that all those dessert is designed by themselves (maybe) because you not really can find them in others place.

Very smooth gelato. But rum raisin does not have rum taste. Chocolate bailey, no bailey taste.

The lights was too bright and they didnt switch on the air conditioning even when it was 9pm.2) unavailabilityAlthough they had a 6-7 pages on their menu, most of it isnt sold anymore.3) priceIts expensive for below average desserts4) tasteToo sweet for even their least sweetened item.But thank goodness, the staff was cute and polite. So I gave it one star.Will I come back? No.Will I recommend to my friends? No.

Poor service ever, even the foreign staff serve better than the local staff. Waited half an hour for my dessert, even the customer late than us have their dessert serve. Not recommend at all.

I had try their cream brûlée 1st time I came, I cannot stop myself to come back for others after that. Very delicious food, friendly boss, nice play to chill and reasonable price. Highly commended

Comfortable environment. Tried their apple and hawthorn soup. It can be served cold or hot. Not too sweet, just nice. Will come back next time to try out the other desserts.

Well I will give ZERO of the star rating if there is! Bad Service! Walk in with not welcoming waitress and we politely ask for a menu but she told us there is no menu and ask us to look at the blurry menu written on the blackboard! Then a customer walked in and took a menu! ??????????????? Hello????!!!! I thought you said no menu???!!!! We politely ask for a menu and this is what happened! Dessert overpriced!

I won’t step into this shop anymore! As this was my first time here, I had no idea how to order. After we got a seat, the waitress just stared at us without telling us anything and there is no signboard stated that we need to order at the counter. Thus, we tried to go to the counter and ask the waitress politely for a menu but she just showed us the only menu is a very blurry menu written with a chalk on the blackboard. So while we having our yogurt, a lady came up and she just took a menu and an order list beside the counter. We were so shocked as we thought that there was no menu in the shop as mentioned by the waitress. Terrible service and I won’t come again! Even the yoghurt tasted so so only.

I gave 4 stars because the dessert is good. Creme brulee and double boiled milk are delicious. However, I think owner has to monitor the service of the young waitresses. Perhaps abit more smiley?

Company should train the staff, the staff saw us standing at there for 3 mins but they dont even care us. (we dont know where to sit because its hotpot joint with dessert shop) they just keep chitchatting with each other 😅18 July 2020 Saturday Night Staff

If u are the boss of this shop, u have to come to the shop often to monitor your employees. I asked for some recommendations when I was ordering food but the reply I got from the cashier was just like whatever *roll eyes. Also, there was a small conflict when I was there so the employee talked quite loudly with each other :( Definitely not a good experience.PS: Food was not bad, I ordered the yogurt

After having dinner downstair can directly go up for dessert, convenient. Their gelato really handmade and quality

Probably the worst ever dessert plce we went. Horrible sellection of desserts and their staff cant even get a grip of themself when they have more than 2 customers! When we asked what do they have as we saw quite an empty fridge, the girl turned her back and answered me with the back of her head! Screaming at each other and when we ordered our parfait, they dont hv fruits and replaced with some dono wat jelly balls soaked in syrup. When we queried them, they girl rolled her eyes at us and asked us repeatedly “then do you still want it?” like a few times in Mandarin. If I hvnt paid for it I wld have walked away but We have paid for a total of 3 items of which 2 (the parfait and the really terribly over cooked creme bruelle) tasted like some wrong recipe items on the menu!! So sickening as we are not crying bcos of the price we paid but of their attitude. Never ever come here unless you wan to be treated as dirt.

Service was absolutely horrendous. Staff didnt bother to even answer any questions regarding the menu. Our dessert took 20 mins to come when there was only 2 tables occupied, yet you can hear the staff joking around. When the food came, we told them she got the order wrong yet all she did was shrugged and walked away. No apology, no explanation.

I hope that the person in charge of this store will see this review.May I ask you to improve the service attitude of the staff, otherwise the food will be delicious.Entering the store with great interest and wanting to have a dessert, who knows that your staff are very unwelcome.People are standing at the counter, but the current 3 employees choose to ignore me and let me stand at the counter.Now Im transparent for me ~~When a waiter sees me, he asks what do you want with a bad tone and a disdainful attitude.Well, I will never step into your shop again.The attitude of your staff is very bad, and I really cant compliment it.It turns out that the bad review of the poor service attitude here is not covered, I learned today.thank you all :-)

If you like desserts, it’s a good place to come to this dessert shop. There are a lot of desserts to choose from. I really like the ice in this shop, especially the black sesame flavor. There are very few black sesame flavored ice, so I can go there. Guests highly recommend you to try their Mian Mian Bing. The service in their shop is also very good. The staff are very kind and amiable. Next time I will take my friends again.
