My search for a bathroom vanity top ended here. Despite being a small job, Evan spent the time to help me find the right remnant and facilitated in home measuring and installation. I was completely pleased with the final product.

I came to them with a very unprofitable job and treated me very well. I needed only 2 marble tiles for a bathroom and needed them custom cut. They did a great job matching the tile and then cutting to the exact specification I asked for. I installed by myself and you cant even tell.

The staff at Ollie Marble & Tile are fantastic. They are so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to go their for their tile and stone needs.

Great place and very easy to work with. We went in with a drawing for our bathroom counter, selected a slab, and in less than a week it was ready to pick up. Service and quality were excellent.

They were recommended by my general contractor as I was doing a complete kitchen renovation. I was having granite counters installed. I would not recommend them at all.First, I was given stone samples to select from that when I went to the stone yard they recommended, was told that stone hasnt been available for many years. OK... small oversight. When I informed them, they didnt seem to care and put the sample back into their stick.The first delivery of 4 large pieces and 5 or 6 small ones was extremely of extremely poor quality (edges not straight, sides not perpendicular, ends not cut straight or polished, sink cutout too small and poorly done, etc.). They had to recut 3 of the large stones. Their 3 follow up to repair the sink were of no effect. They finally replacement the last large stone and the sink cutout is still not right. But I accepted it because it was clear they could not get it right.The kicker is for me was that they did not take responsibility for the problems. Excuses like, this is not an easy stone to cut or these are odd shaped counters. I thought they were in the stone cutting business. The only thing that arrive on time and with any regularity was the invoice.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Olympia. They got me the most unusual beautiful granite for my kitchen. Never have seen it anywhere else and have never been tired of it for 10 years now. They also have supplied us with tile for bathroom seamlessly.

Great service and they did everything they could to speed things up for my renovation. I cannot say enough about prices and service. Evan has a great eye for design.

I ordered thresholds and quartz shelves with them a few times and everytime was a pleasure to deal with them. There service is friendly and efficient. The products they delivered always met my expectations and I am a very demanding custumer. I will keep doing business with them for sure!

They dont have a display of slabs. When we went, they referred us to go to a different store. This is not professional. The store is far from Boston.

After being assured that the tile we ordered was in stock (first question we asked) and would be delivered on time our order was not fulfilled on the date promised. It was not fulfilled on the “new” date which was scheduled after the first failure to deliver.Phone calls were not returned. Salesperson who is supposedly “taking care of us – ha!” is always “with another customer”, or “not available”, or “on a job site” or there is another excuse for him not being available. We had to call many times, leave multiple messages and jump through all kinds of hoops just to find out that there is another delay with the delivery.The only thing that was done promptly was charging our credit card.I think that the store owner needs to review his staff and make urgent changes. The team he has now is lazy and unprofessional.
