If you are concerned about COVID safety, avoid this store. The person at the desk wore his mask below his nose and did not fix it when I told him he needed to step away. There was a customer walking around the work center without a mask. I did call and report this which got a curt apology but I did not think he took the call seriously. Ill try Staples next time.

The workers in this store will help you and do their job. Compared to fedex workers in NYC, they are very nice and attentive enough. So yeah, they get 5 stars from me.

The Sunday front desk person was rude, inflexible, and certainly not helpful. I wanted to box my own things and he gave me a hard time, insisting that he do it (at a charge). Then he tried to tell me that Fedex would have to investigate my packing if there was damage, even though I was purchasing insurance. It all felt like a big scam. He wanted me to leave my belongings, some of which were valuable, in an open bin for him to pack later. Yeah, right. I have shipped from other Fedex offices that were great...but this one is to be avoided. The only reason I gave it two stars, is there was no line.

Usually go to UPS. Needed to ship an important package to Dallas before my move. It was Saturday before Memorial Day and I was stuck having to use fedex. One of the important items I was mailing was a painting. The man at the front desk tells me he will take care if everything for me bubble wrap the painting etc. yet the painting arrives to Dallas completely shattered, painting torn from the glass. It was over 1,000 just for the frame... UPS always bubble wraps everything and are so thorough. Will never ever go to FEDEX again.. so much more expensive to use fedex as well. They need to train employees. Not sure who would ever send a glassblowing painting in a box and not bubble wrap it. It’s not right to have customers property ruined like this.

Store is exteremly friendly. Adam is superb helped and spent so much time finding an appropriate paper quality, size and framing.

Visit this store only if you like misinformation and being treated with subtle disdain each time you visit. I have done photocopying, poster printing and express mailing there and it was a rare visit when I was neither ignored nor treated as if my existence was some imposition upon them. The last straw came on my fifth attempt to get business cards printed, after repeated efforts to find out what was actually needed for the job. It was not that they asked for $10 more than they had quoted the day earlier. It was how the older man and a younger woman alternately ignored me or treated me with disdain that made this my last visit to a FedEx store. I imagine FedEx must treat their employees terribly to make them all so miserable: they shall have no more of my business. While Staples is 5 minutes further away, the people there have always been friendly. All my photocopying, poster-printing and other business needs will now be done at Staples, over near Acapulcos. They printed 500 nice business cards for $39, which coincidentally was the “new” price for 100 cards at FedEx.

Apparently the most expensive overnight shipping was my only option to ship less than a pound in a fedex envelope 40 dollars to ship an envelope. It wont even be there for 5 days because of the holiday. Total rip off

Very slow and unfriendly service. Big store, no line at all, one clerk. Told me it will take a while to send a letter to Germany, cause hes helping another customer (sitting by a computer). Asked a while like 5 minutes?, was told maybe more. Went to nearby UPS store, much smaller, but two clerks, handled me at once.

Terrible. Went in there twice; first the lady told me she couldnt help me at all even though they were still open for another hour and a half because she had too much to do... then another lady tried to charge me $111 to ship a 20lb package to Florida.

Can never get through. Phones are broken during business hours.

A couple of times Ive gone there on the morning, and they hadnt opened 30 minutes after opening time posted on the door.
