I bought Dumawall shower kit last February (9 months ago) when I started gathering materials to remodel my bathroom I started the project and when I opened the box of tiles there was a total of 11 that were damaged, I was way past the return window but I gave them a call anyway, the customer service lady couldn’t of been nicer, she promptly shipped 2 full boxes and they were delivered 4 days later.
