This possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I run a business and have 2 of their ice boxes. They cant seem to get them filled. Takes 10-15 days from time you call to get a refill for them to show. All calls sent out of state . Horrendous customer service. Tried replacing them, but no other companies will return a call for starting new service.

This company needs a answering system that has a clue what customer service is. Wow!!!!

Horrible customer service if they answer, can barely speak English so it was hard to understand. I think she said no!

Delivered a load of ice here. Nice fella greeted me right when I pulled up, backed the truck up and got me off loaded in 15 mins tops. A+

I called with a question and the lady was very rude and hung up the phone on me. Very bad customer service.
