Text updates from Ann kept me apprised every step of the way. Ann and Mike explained the process and the likely time involved at the beginning and they delivered my car one day earlier. All hidden damage was found and repaired, too. Between this shops expertise and professionalism, and USAAs great claim service, I feel like a lot of stress was removed from me. I could not be happier with how it all went.

Gave me updates along the way they went above and beyond added coolant added a flexing agent to the clearcoat on bumper so it would have better durability than what the car even was made with.

I hit a deer in my brand new 2020 f150 a week after I got it. All of the employees and owners took great care of my truck while it was in their shop. Due to covid Ford parts are hard to come by (back ordered) which my husband and i knew ahead of time so we were ready for a possibility in delays. We also had a huge weather delay and shipping delays, both out of their hands.They still got it done in amazing time and detailed if for me. I couldnt even tell I hit a deer and would ten out of ten recommend them to anyone who needs work done, and would take my vehicles back to them even though you never hope to get in a situation to need to go back I know it would be taken care of. When I walked into the building and met them it was all positive energy and they all seemed very passionate about the work. I knew before I dropped the truck off it was in very good hands. They did a great job from start to finish! They are very knowledgeable and took the time to get me a fair estimate. The scheduled me timely and finished the work as scheduled. They kept me posted with regular text messages about progress, they cleaned my entire car and explained the work completed when I picked it up! Couldnt ask for a better experience! My truck was damaged in February 2020 They have the check from my insurance and its still not fixed and its August 2021 we are going somewhere else!
