If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. The best thing about my kid graduating, is not having to deal with incompetents at this bookstore anymore. They have charged my credit card for items not in stock, taken three weeks to let me know they are out of that item, and then when I complained they swore they cancelled it and I bought it in person. Come to find out, they didnt fix it, and I never got my refund. Three months later, I get a notice that my cancelled order is processed. For a place of higher education, you would think simple math and inventory would be a little more easy for them to figure out. I also found out they were charging my son to use dual credit books, which were supposed to be free to high school students. The women that run this place are RUDE and completely NOT HELPFUL.

I love the book store, I usually like getting a nice french vanilla capachino from there. They have everything you could need when it comes to snacks, Crowder College merchandise, and they have some phone accessories. I also loved how nice the counter lady was.

The staff is nice but like the typical college store, prices are too dang high. I know that they are there as a convenience, but they take the captivate audience thing a little too far.

Called and asked if they had a book my wife needed for school and they told me they had several in stock so I drove an hour up there just for them to tell me they didnt have that book but could order it in
