After using them for two homes we are saddened by the reply we received to remedy the problems. Our only offer was to bring the unglued door in to have it glued and clamped. Lol The materials to build the cabinets is high quality and the design staff we worked with previously Nathan and Jerrod were great. My only regret was having them finish the cabinets instead of our painter bc now I’m left with no choice but to strip the cabinets and restain them or paint them. Currently have 2 painters coming out next week to give bids for both options. I’m sure this review will receive a at no fault reply from TOC.

Twin Oaks Cabinets is wonderful! We can’t say enough great things about this business! The cabinets they put in our new home are exactly what we wanted! This company nailed it! Disappointing. Several doors warped after being charged a premium for solid maple. Hadn’t been cured properly apparently. Bathroom vanities installed with the wrong base. Ply split on an exposed end. Every time I thought it was done another issue would pop up with warp or split. It took weeks to get repairs made. I was always thrown to the end of the line on the apparently long list of repairs to be made. Pictured are the paper fiber board panels used for inserts in custom shaker cabinets. I didn’t feel I got what I was promised, didn’t receive what I paid for and I sure wasn’t a priority when it came to fixing their problem and poor materials. This was the 4th house I have built and this was the worst product and service I’ve ever experienced from a cabinet shop. Posting pictures but they are not all displaying. Just my personal experience.

We purchased cabinets, built-in shelves, and a custom media cabinet from Twin Oaks. Their showroom, customer service, craftsmanship, quality, and installation are all great. We are very happy with our cabinets and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Called them to build custom work they said they couldnt cause it wasnt a full kitchen, and doors would not match and would not build for the disabled, as i am a disabled veteran, do not do business with them my opinion. All i needed was an island. Guess custom has a different meaning these days.

Custom, hand made cabinets using high quality, all American sourced hardwoods. Fantastic craftsmanship, customer service, and installation crew.

We bought a pantry from Twin Oaks and they did a fabulous job matching it to our existing cabinets. We then purchased some sliding shelves and knobs for all of our cabinets. Nathan and two other men brought the knobs and handles and installed them for us at no extra charge, they even vacuumed up the mess, they were also going to install the shelves but my husband already did it. We haven’t been treated so kindly in a very long time. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated like family.

Wonderful job on new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. They didnt send the handles for them.

Terrible worst company for customer service. When you ask them to build a custom cabinet they tell you they need to charge you for drawing the cabinet on cad. A 750 dollar range hood would cost you $2200.Shop around their are much better cabinet builders to the north that the owner will design your kitchen the way it functions best.They are almost half the price as Twin Oaks and the owner will draw your plans while you discuss the options.Twin Oaks has a pretty show room but they need to pay all those employees sitting around.The prices are through the roof. Way overprice and the quality is not there.

Stay away from. They will rip you off. You ask them to hold something for you they agree to it and then they sell it right out write out from underneath you and dont tell you. Then you drive up there to get it and its gone
