We love us some factory connection. They have plenty of amazing options for women. But for men not really. I wish theyd get more for men I have bought my husbands clothes there and it seems like he already has everything they offer. But still prices are affordable and clothes are great!

I love Factory Connections. These stores always have the sizes I cant find anywhere else. For both men and women. They have cute in style clothes.

I called to see if I could pickup my layaway on Friday. The women on the phone who was a manager told me it was actually due to be picked up on the 9th even though my receipt said the 12th...when i told her that she said that the girl who set it up should have told me that all layaway was to be paid and picked up by the 9th. I offered to pay over the phone but that i could not actually come get the goods until friday because I work out of town. She stumbled ovwr her words and gave some speal about corporatesending an email. She started off the conversation already defensive and rude for whatever reason like i was a criminal. I told her to forget it and hung up..Ive shopped at this location several times and usually have a good experience. I will no longer be shopping there. I work with the public and would never treat a customer as poorly as i was treated!!!
