Nice place with a very relaxed and cool vibe. I havent tried any of the food yet but the drinks are very tasty! There is a nice variety so you should be able to find a drink to suit everyone.

Excellent traditional cappuccino day after day. Customer service is excellent and the place has a unique charm and vibe. Great place to grab a bite for breakfast or lunch and enjoy the atmosphere. Take time to inquire about the pottery classes and enjoy learning a new skill. The owner, Jeff, is friendly and willing to answer questions and help you get started. Take a trip to downtown Neosho and check this little gem out. You won’t be disappointed.

The food is absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend the avocado toast and breakfast sandwich.

Great drinks, food, and atmosphere. I ordered a cortado and it was great. The adult grilled cheese is tasty. I have also had the London Fog and that was delicious. It was a nice place to sit for lunch while I read and just decompressed for the day. The local art for sale is all beautiful and I will probably buy one of the handmade orchid planters. I will be back!

I was a daily customer of an unnamed other coffee place here in town and frankly every day Im angry while receiving my coffee after waiting 30mins for it whilst being forced to watch others be served before me because of online ordering so I decided to try The Clay Cup and yeah. Now Im a daily Clay Cupper. The coffee is far better, the service is great and speedy. The atmosphere is great to be around and everyone is friendly. Far better place to go and spend your hard earned money. I like leaving happy, not annoyed.

The barista working when I got there was just an absolute mess and very rude. I don’t not recommend going if a blonde girl is up there. She is very rude.

If you are looking for a low-key, down to earth coffee shop in Neosho, this is a great option! Minimal seating, but seemed appropriate. Tons of pottery on display that was thrown in the back room.As of May 2021, they were brewing Onyx coffee from NW Arkansas, which is a great local-ish roaster.

A very nice and warm place to have coffee, good desserts and spend some time with friends or just yourself. Beautiful selection of clay cups made in the shop.

This is SERIOUSLY my happy place. Awesome service. Super relaxing and chill atmosphere. Amazing coffee and delectible pastries.And phenomenal pottery. Lets say I am a collector now.Never been disappointed! You wont be either. Definately worth a short drive!!!

We enjoy finding local coffee shops while on trips. On our way from Springfield Missouri to Fort Smith Arkansas, we stopped to try coffee at your shop. We drove 24 minutes out of our way to see you had locked the door 12 minutes before you were supposed to close. You shouldn’t post online that you are open until 7:00 pm if you don’t intend to be.

The food is okay, but customer service is to be desired. I probably won’t be back much because I felt like a burden to them for just being there. Customer service goes a long ways!

Easy going place, coffees, sweet rolls any time, some unique foods. Nice art pieces on walls, owner paints and does pottery in back room in afternoons. Just off town quiet Town Square.

This is a beautiful Neosho gem! We visit every time we’re in the area, and we’ve never had a less-than-perfect espresso drink there. The servers are always kind and friendly, their Cortados and (traditional, not the so-called Starbucks macchiato) Macchiatos are amazing, and their hummus plate is the bee’s knees. If you’re in the area, it’s a must to stop in!!

Delightfully surprised to find really good coffee in Neosho. The Clay Cup uses Onyx beans for their coffee and drinks. Onyx is roasted in Northwest Arkansas and their shops, beans, roasters and baristas have won national awards, really terrific stuff. The Clay Cup has a great vibe all their own, trendy laidback coffee shop in front, pottery classes / creating in the back. Glad we stopped and we will return when in the area again.

Went 20 minutes out of the way on our road trip and arrived 12 minutes before closing time. The were standing inside and they came and locked us out.

Food and coffee were great but probably wont go back. Help at the cash register was not at all friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Out-of-towner here. Been working this region years but had not ever actually been in Neosho. Pleased I made the decision to stop and smell the coffee at The Clay Cup. I did to go but got to take in all of the artsy fartsiness. The kind of place that you just sit and take it in with a feeling of relax and comfort. Coffee, very good! Enjoyed a latte with non fat milk. Breakfast wrap that actually offered turkey, egg, spinach, pesto for this non-pork or beef eater! The 2 working were a match to my review, great fit, home-town feel with coastal vibe. 👌🏻

My favorite coffee shop at Neosho Mo. They have artists there who make pots, coffee mugs and bowls, just to name a few items. The coffee is excellent as well.

Neosho’s best coffee shop! Stop in for cozy vibes, amazing art (handmade pottery and art on display/for sale) and some tasty brews. This place is run by incredibly lovely community-centered folks. Find them doing live pottery demonstrations at local festivals and showing off their wares at the artisan version of the local farmer’s market!
