Very clean and nice layout within the store. Not cluttered or unorganized. The staff was also very helpful with some unordinary questions that may not usually come up everyday. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Great selection of PS4 and PS5 games.

I was very disappointed that they didnt carry any PS4 controllers. I mean really, its the most popular Playstation.

Lovely individuals

GameStop is a professional rip off joint. They pay the a solute bottom dollar for used games, try to swindle anyone who doesnt know anything about games, and their prices are ridiculously inflated. The day they go out of business will be a day of celebration. This specific location is staffed by a lovely group of people who would love to be anywhere, other than at work. Getting help is like asking for their first born. Their knowledge of games seems to come from a tip sheet, written by a 12 year old, who has only ever watched YouTube videos of games.

I love this GameStop so much, employees are always wonderful, its always a great experience!

Need to check used games before reselling!!!!!We have purchased games here before because it is more convient than going to joplin where we can find better prices but we have had issues with four games (about half of what we have purchases from here) either too scratched or dirty to play and even one game disc that seemed to have been wiped of content and even said was not an xbox disc when we went to play so obviously they do not check the used games before reselling and when you live 20 min away it can be a pain to have to run 40 min just to exchange a game that does not work. Other than that the staff is very nice here.

Very friendly staff and organized store. They dont have a huge selection like most gamestops. Dont sell your games here because they dont pay you well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Some of the preowned games are priced really good, others are not. But that us typical of this type of store.

Process are about the same as competitors and I always look for about 15 minutes before I make an opinion. Very well organized environment.
